Places a to go order and my sandwiches were burnt. They didn’t add the avocado i paid extra for. I told the manager the bread was hard and he told me he agrees they should have cooked it 5 seconds less. REALLY. He also said that the bagels get hard when they cool down. I guess this only happens at this location. I usually order from gainesville location. I should have read the reviews. I had to order food because this was inedible. Will contact corporate. This so called manager is a joke. He couldn’t send out another sandwich because he would need to go through doordash. They should have done it. I had to reorder from doordash. Stay clear from this place.

I placed an order today (3/13/25). When I received my order my bagel pack was all tossed in together. It was all mixed with silverware, and cream cheese containers all in one bag. Some of the bagel looked broken from being all tossed around. When I called Julia picked up the phone and didn’t give me a solution she told me “what do you want me to do” . I told her well you aren’t giving me a solution. She then proceeded to tell me I will give you a refund. It’s not about the money. It’s about quality of service and problem solving skills to the customer. I would have been ok with an alternative solution if given. I would have been fine if she would have apologized with a solution aiming towards bettering her service such as speaking to her team members and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Food is as expected. Pastries are never fresh, nor will they allow you to choose a fresh item that you can see come out the oven. The bathroom does not get sanatized regularly. The coffee is rarely fresh. It’s one of few places in the area with seating, refreshments and wifi to work or study.

Service was slow, but the attendant was pleasant. I kept in mind that they had to make the meal while I sat in my car and waited because I was using the drive-thru. Also, I was particularly grateful to have the benefit of a drive-thru! I checked my order before I pulled too far off and everything was very accurate. As I was checking my order I was swamped by a horde of geese that apparently camp out in the pond that’s just to the right of the drive-thru Lane! Beware!!

I smiled at the girl at the register a few times and she looked at me like a high school mean girl. She looked annoyed the whole time. My order was taken very wrong and she didn’t know how to take my order. Not very hard either. I’ve been getting the same thing for about 25 years. Never have issues at any other Panera. Have been to over 100 around the country. Had to get my sandwich fixed as it had something on it I specifically said not to and on the receipt that item was not shown as “no” but things my sisters bagel was not toasted at all. And my lettuce was soggy and one singe PEOCE of onion. I also didn’t get my side baguette either. I’m over all very disappointed and most likely will never come

Picked up a salad and noticed mold on the lettuce. Called in and whoever the person was that answered was like “are you sure it’s not cheese” I replied: “ no this salad doesn’t come with cheese and mam it’s distinctly mold” and her response “you want a refund?”
Crazy that there was no understanding in the time and money spent to order and pick up the food and your response is “you want a refund?”
I have worked retail for 10 years and you take care of the customer so they want to come back. Offer them something. Even something small…Crazy
