I’m not sure why there are only 3.3 stars, there should be 5! I have stopped in a couple of times; once for a pick up in the early morning and once for dinner in the evening. The staff on both shifts were incredibly kind and accommodating; one helped me move a large order to my car during a morning pickup. I have always loved Panera but this by far has the best customer service I have seen across the USA 🙂

I’m at this location fairly regularly and the service is solid, food tastes great and is always fresh, and the staff are all great and very friendly and accommodating. Even was given a free cookie when my order was a few mins late as they needed to make a fresh batch of mac & cheese. Needless to say that mac & cheese was also amazing and piping hot! And that passion papaya green tea is to die for!

Did not have smoked salmon or lox… no everything bagels or poppyseed… took 10 minutes to get a plain and sesame seed bagels… had them toasted… savory bagels had obviously been next to something cinnamon flavored and what really deserves 1 star is instead of spreading the cream cheese… since if you order them toasted in drive through, you obviously want them now and its better not to try and drive and spread cream cheese . they just put a cold tub of cream cheese and knife to do it yourself… so what exactly were they doing the 10 minutes we sat there? And bagel was not particularly good. Will not be back to this panera.

This location is terrible. I had to wait in the drive thru for 10min before even getting to the window & there were only 2 cars in front of me. Then when I got to the window they make me wait another 5min before telling me they are out of the plain bagel… at 8:30am. They give me a list of 3 bagels they have left, I tell them I want the everything bagel & another 5min goes by before someone else comes to the window to tell me they are actually out of that one too. I had to choose something else once again. I finally get my food & when I got my food out of the bag the avocado toast was placed upside down, the avocado was visually chunky & when I tasted it, it was rubbery and hard, clearly not ready to be cut. I will not be coming back. You all just opened not too long ago & not off to a good start.

We were so excited to get a Panera in town. The first time we went, the service was slow and the soup was barely warm. We assumed since they’d only been open a week that these were growing pains. We tried it again last night. Again, it takes a long time to get the food. My sandwich wasn’t made correctly. It was missing the bacon I was up charged almost $3 for and had peppers on it that I did not request. Again, my soup was barely warm. I ordered 2 everything bagels to go for breakfast in the morning. I go to toast the bagels I got only 12 hours earlier and they have mold growing on them.
This may be the worst Panera we’ve ever experienced .

I see a lot of negative reviews but as a Sips Club Member I am at this location a lot and never had one issue. Sips Club is an amazing value I often wonder how they make it work financially. Service is always friendly and the order correct, including when we order food items. It is an almost brand new location so I assume there may be or have been some “growing pains” as the location matures. But I have not had one issue in many, many visits. And it is nice to have a lone Panera out here in Western LOCO, the sole location between Leesburg and Winchester.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the Purcellville Panera has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I place an order—whether in person or through the app—something is wrong. Items are left out, sandwiches are made incorrectly, and substitutions show up without any explanation. It’s frustrating to spend extra money for something as simple as soup and a sandwich, only to get home and realize it’s not what I ordered. The staff isn’t rude, but there’s clearly no attention to detail. After multiple chances, it’s clear this location just can’t seem to get it right.

I come here about 1-2 times a week for lunch due to it being a healthier option. The food is fine, but the order is wrong 50% of the time. It is VERY common to not get your chips or sides (as it happened to me again today). Recently my Asian Salad was nothing but lettuce and chicken, they didn’t add the wontons/almonds/cilantro/sesame seeds. Forks/spoons usually are missing and the drive-thru takes at least 10 minutes to get your order even if you’re the only car there. The employees are nice and seem to be all high-school aged, so maybe that has something to do with it.

First time at this location. And the last time. They are in no way consistent with the other Panera Breads I have been too. Bread toasted too much and not edible. Just totally off for a Panera Bread. They cost too much to serve inconsistent inedible food.
