I am confused on where the sandwich part of my sandwich is. I ordered the chicken avocado melt… i might As well just have gotten bread. There was no rush for this order at all. I dont Understand. I got This for delivery so i even Paid extra. Not cool panera… very upsetting lunch today.

App ordering was easy. Rapid pickup notified me that my order was ready but wasn’t on the shelf when I went inside. Had to wait about 5 extra minutes to get my food but the employee was apologetic about the small delay. Enjoyed my food as always from Panera.

I’ve had better experience at Panera. We ordered two sandwiches. One came wrong and the second was not grilled as it usually comes. When I approached the manager he didn’t even offer to replace the order. We swallowed the food but it was not pleasant.

Took forever for my order , I was picking up for doordash .I asked team lead at kitchen and he said he don’t see order on screen but after waiting another 20 min I approached one staff and said he will look into it and said will be ready in 5 minutes. I had the Mexican corn chowder soup in the sourdough breadbowl with a baguette on the side. It was all delicious. The bead was fresh and fluffy, the soup was served nice and hot. The soup was mildly spicy and was thick and creamy with lots of actual pieces of corn and pieces of other veggies like peppers, potatoes and broccoli. I was there at 4pm on a Saturday and there were only a couple other people there. My food was ready almost immediately. The staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant was pretty clean. And the price was very reasonable. My whole meal was $11.

I really hate to be this person but it needs to be said…I have come in approx 5 or 6 times and each time the entire restaurant smells like horrible body odor. I thought maybe it was a random thing the first time, but the subsequent four times I went the smell was revolting. I am almost positive it is an employee, because I walked past one and that’s where I feel the smell came from. Sometimes it can be a difficult conversation to have with employees, but I think it’s important to address.

We have been coming to this location for many years and today was a big disappointment! One star is for who it lookes like a manager( we went there on early morning Saturday 8/12/23 ). Zero customer servie, he even didnt wear a name tag, he was not nice to the workers preparing food, ordering them loundly what to do (instead talking to them quietly or in privite). Food was fantastic, ladies who prepared out food were sooo nice and did a great job. He looked like he is mad at every person there. He created very negative atmosphere there.
