I ordered from the Panera app today and never received my food from door dash- the driver stated he delivered to the building next to mine? And when I asked if he handed the bag to someone he stopped answering and texting. I called Panera and spoke w the manager on duty and she was so kind and advised that I call door dash since the deliver the food. I did as that lady was kind as well and they called Panera and got a new order out to me quickly. Thank you!!!

Nice visit. I went to the new location with a drive-thru. The order process is relatively the same as if you walked in and ordered at the counter. Ordering was easy. Paid at the pickup window then waited for my order to be prepared. The cashier was polite and professional. I really like the drive thru. Its fast and convenient.

As a Panera sip member I go to different stores while on the go. This store is newer, good atmosphere, although customer service is not a Panera specialty for the most. They had different coffee options but like others commented their coffee gets easily cold. But they had milk, creamers and the works. I went down one star because of customer service

The drive through is only convenient if you actually get your food. We ordered 2 You-Pick-2 meals. We got one complete meal. The other was missing a sandwich and only had 1/2 a cup of soup. Also, if I hadn’t had the chicken and wild rice soup before on multiple occasions, I probably wouldn’t have noticed that it was mostly broth and barely contained any rice, chicken, or anything else normally included in this soup.
This was our first time going to this location after they relocated. We will continue going to the Bristow location instead.

Love the new atmosphere!! Great lighting, friendly staff. Only one small complaint, please make sure coffee is warm/hot enough. It was 2 hours before close, but not so warm coffee kills my coffee vibe!

They always run out of milk, coffee, etc., their coffee easily gets cold. Their avo toast in this branch is bad, very little toppings, unlike other Panera branches/franchise. Not worth your money!

Display was well stocked this morning, but not the coffee urns. Place was clean especially for a late morning shift. Used the kiosk to order initially, but there was some hiccup so ordered from the app while inside. Took a few mins for the Pick2 to come out, I was happy with the experience. No boo boo with my order today.

i come here all the time on my lunch breaks and rarely have a problem. the service is usually super quick and the all of the staff are friendly. today my sandwich was like 98% bread with a few bits of chicken. not too upset since it’s not a reoccurring pattern, but it was still pretty disappointing.
