Customer service was truly excellent! The wait time was minimal. All of the staff was very friendly! And the amazing thing is everyone was visible. Try the cookie that has everything except the kitchen sink. It is out of this world! I can make homemade walnuts, pecans, and chocolate chips. My husband would hand over his wallet for a plate of those cookies. This cookie saves me the trouble of having to be in the kitchen now, and they’re very good. Check out this Panera Bread, it’s worth the trip.

I came in here to eat recently and ordered a pick two Deli Turkey sandwich and half Strawberry poppyseed salad. The food is good and always comes out relatively quickly but a little pricey for my budget so I only come every once in a while. However the reason for my low review is for the manager on staff at the store. She wore glasses and had black hair with colored teal bangs. I have been to this location many times and have seen new trainees where I witnessed, the manager described, belittle the trainees and being too harsh on them. I have seen her on her phone complaining and ordering others around. I even saw her joke with another customer about how long it takes employees to do a task and instead of giving them advice she talks behind their back. It’s very unprofessional and I can’t stand to see managers abuse their power like that. Needless to say I will not be dining in if I see that manager again.

Love my local Panera. Mostly everything is good. Go tos are Chicken Frontega sandwich, Mediterranean salad, broccoli cheddar soup, Mac and cheese, Chicken noodle is sort of salty and I stopped eating it. You can customize ingredients- which I love. They do run out of bread late at night – so I’ve had to customize the bread a couple times but that’s probably my fault for ordering so late. Frozen caramel beverage is also really good.
