Everything was great, till i got home to open my soup and bread to find my cheese put in my french onion soup not even melted. And the soup ice cold… (i poured off the top to show the not melted cheese that sunk right to bottom of cup), then to top it off i opened my bbq chicken sandwich without an up to pare amount of chicken…( didn’t take a photo cause at this point i was making new food at home) for a 9 dollar sandwich i would expect to see more meat and less bread and ingredients. Outside of this assistance at the counter was great!

My first time ever in a Panera Bread. I had soup and sandwich combo. Grilled cheese with a chicken wild rice and it was absolutely outstanding. Perfect portions served hot and wonderfully tasty. Kept me filled for the rest of the night.

The food felt fresh, especially the soups and sandwiches, and everything came out just as expected. It’s a nice spot to sit for a while, calm enough to relax or get some work done. Staff were friendly and kept things moving even during busy hours. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality mostly makes up for it. Overall, a comfortable and dependable choice.

I keep giving this store chances I’ve had to take my food back twice due it being burnt and today 3/7/26 I waited almost 30 minutes. It wasn’t busy I watched the screen as they made multiple orders that were actually after my name it’s one cook that needs an attitude adjustment the over customer experience is terrible. While I do understand you have to wait but almost 30 minutes for a little sandwich is ridiculous.

What I love about Panera Bread is that every time I order there, it’s always high-quality delicious food. I love the french baguette and grilled cheese (the grilled cheese is always so yummy) and the chicken noodle soup. Of course, I like much of the other foods there too (because there are a lot of food options there), but those are some of my favorites. Everything in the photos I recommend. Even with getting take out, it is just as good as getting it in person. It may just be because I’m a little picky but to be honest not all the food options there speak to me, also. Depending on what you like you may or may not like Panera, but even if you are as picky as me you still can find at least one thing to like even if it’s just the bread. After ordering from Panera a couple times, I feel like it has a lot of different types of foods and flavors which can be good but also if you don’t find it yummy it may be bad because majority of their menu is combinational food options. Also, it is on the healthier side just to say, but even with it being healthy and lots of exotic flavors, Panera is still in my top 5 and I recommend.

It us IMPOSSIBLE.. by any way shape or form… to place a catering order with Panera. Don’t waste your time. I’ve spent “10 days” trying to place a CATERING order… the website acts up and keeps going in circles, order doesn’t go thru. I call shop… catering mgr never available… always “call tomorrow”. Called customer service at corporate level… they sympathized… took my info and said would contact me “in two days”…

I love Panera bread, so far I am never disappointed with the food here. Order was ready on time, perfectly packed and the bear claw was delicious, perfectly sweet and soft. Coffee here is always refreshing.

How am I gonna place an order the night before have it paid for and just cause you have a big order you give my bagels away? What type of idiot and messed up person to give away someone’s order that again was paid for and placed the night before. If I could give 0 stars I would cause this is BS don’t shop here.

While I love Panera bread, I will not longer place an order for delivery. I order the same thing all the time and I noticed the portions for half sandwiches are different when you dine-in verses with you place a order for delivery. Today I ordered a half sandwich which was all bread and a mayonnaise spread of meat. To charge $8 plus for a half sandwich and not even get half the meat is ridiculous .
This isn’t the first time I ordered from this location and I’ve gotten less than quality food. Most time I do rapid pick-up in order to check my food before I leave.
It almost seems as if they don’t care about customers who decide not to dine in. Definitely disappointed.
