My wife had ordered takeout for the two of us, and I asked her to surprise me with whatever meal she thinks I might enjoy. Typically I would like a barbecue chicken sandwich such as this, but what I was greeted with was a small spread of lukewarm shredded chicken, with barbeque sauce spread over it like a freshly used pad.
In terms of cheese? There was no cheese. In terms of red onion? There was a singular sliver of red onion. The sandwich was completely devoid of volume. This was the most abysmal experience I’ve had with Panera.

Good food, good service, but the tables and floors seem to always need cleaned, I understand if it’s really busy but the restaurant was empty when we came in and the booths needed wiped down and there was trash on the floor. I have come here multiple times and it it’s often like this. Other than that it’s a great place to eat.

Ordering online was easy except my coupon wasn’t honored. Soup was expensive and baguette was sold out for the day and no alternate bread was offereds. There was literally 6.25 croutons given in the FOS and cheese was minimal. Probably would only go back for a bagel.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. As soon as I sat down to wait for my order, I overheard two employees talking about it. One of them said, “They ordered it late so they aren’t going to get everything, don’t worry about it,” (Ordered 30 minutes before closing) and another employee joked, “Um, what are olives?”
Sure enough, my order was missing items I paid for. The olives were left out, and both salads were missing their dressing entirely. This was especially frustrating considering I also left a tip.
I understand that things can get busy, but overhearing staff openly dismissing an order and then receiving incomplete food doesn’t feel acceptable or respectful. I expect better communication and care, especially when customers are paying full price and tipping

Should be a zero star but you can’t give a review without clicking on 1 star. I ordered a signature hot chocolate. They have always been very good. This one, horrible. Cup felt empty, outside of cup was covered in whipped cream and not cleaned off. I had to ask for napkins. Then when I opened to look inside as it felt like there was no liquid it was almost all white cream and appeared to be water. Not a taste of chocolate nor the color of chocolate. Extremely disappointed. I’m not sure if it was payback for not being able to hear them thru the drive thru. It was so low until the very end when I kept telling them I couldn’t hear them, then it was loud. Never again. I was a huge fan.

Worst Panera experience, ever..
Went in for dinner at 6:30 and they were out of all breads, and bagels except an everything bagel and a sun-dried tomatoe bread. Didn’t even have banquets for your soup. They blamed it on being Super Bowl Sunday…. That crowds rushed for all their goods early in the day
The guy working the register; acted confused on my friend and I ordering a plain turkey and cheese sandwhich and a plain ham and cheese.
We ended up paying 15.80 for a half of a sandwhich, an a small cup of soup and a small drink.
The container that housed all the pepper packets. Someone poured lemonade in it so I wasn’t able to access pepper for my soup and when I brought it to their attention, they stood they confused, wondering how it happened and didn’t even get more pepper but even more confusing thing is on the bill. It doesn’t say choose two . . I was charged $5.90 for a half a sandwich and $5.40 for a small cup of soup and then $3.50 for a small drink.

Snake Bite
I used to be a Panera bread hater but I don’t know if I’m getting older or their food has gotten a lot better but the squash soup with pumpkin seeds will surprise you. Looking for an unhealthy sandwich? Get that cheesesteak. Feel good food for sure.

Very good food and service is excellent and very friendly staff. I was very disappointed to learn that the money in the tip jar is taxed before dividing it amongst the staff. To me this is wrong. Cash tips should go directly to the staff. Their hourly wage is low and they shouldn’t have to pay tax on those cash tips. Very wrong!!!

My husband went to get me a bagel for Breakfast. When I pulled the bagel from the bag it was covered in mold. Why didn’t the staff member see that when placing in the bag? No breakfast for me and we won’t be going back
