I love the broccoli cheddar soup and mac and cheese here and don’t typically have any issues. However, went through the drive thru tonight and imagine my surprise when I get home and the mac and cheese is only 1/2 full. Really disappointed, Panera.

I usually go to the collegeville location. I made the mistake of ordering my half sandwich at this location today. Wilted, brown lettuce and 2 tiny pieces of chicken. You should be embarrassed to serve that to your customers.

Good food, good bread. The steak sandwhich was tasty and not overly “mayoed” as has been the case before. Baja mac and cheese was fresh and good. The avacado tasted good and had a good consistancy. I chose their house made fountain drinks and was pleasantly surprised not missing the over saturation of sugar in them. The area was clean and the person who greeted us was pleasant and helped with good advice. Good experience and most importantly the food tasted good and fresh. Family friendly, and good for assorted ventures from being thirsty to being hungry. Outdoor seating availible in the warmer months. Bathrooms weren’t as clean as they could have been but not terrible either. Recommended for those who travel with or without a purpose.

This is a typical Panera. It has a lot of customizable drink, breakfast and lunch items, and it provides an environment where you can hang out with a friend for a few hours or get some work done. The prices are a little high for what you get, but no higher than at similar chains.

Ordered a hot tea via drive thur only to be handed a hot cup with a broken lid that spilled all over my leg and car. I now have burns on my leg and the store offered me another cup for free. Seriously!!!

Ordered her twice for dine in. Both times then packed my stuff to go which was noticeably smaller portions in the to go containers vs dine in with a regular plate or bowl. Also, I added a customization of an egg on a salad which I paid for and the salad had no egg. Make sure to check your orders.
