Shane is such an AWESOME PERSON! When I walked in from the bitter cold I was greeted with warmth, enthusiasm and a welcoming smile! He was more than happy to help me with my order and make solid recommendations for my meal!
Please give Shane the recognition he deserves and a promotion or raise! Folks like him are what keep the hospitality industry strong! People want to have interactions with people like Shane and not feel like a transaction.

Clean restaurant, 7 tap-to-order machines along with a counter and an assistant if you don’t like technology (or these machines– not so intuitive). Ambience is great, this location is surrounded by businesses and residential areas. Food on point as always. 10/10

I was very pleased with this Panera location and here is why. We arrived close to closing and the staff was very pleasant. Our order came out perfect. The margarita flatbread pizza is my favorite and they made it perfectly. This was our first visit and certainly will not be our last.

Food was decent, didn’t get enough soup for what I paid and the sandwich was decent. I decided to go to the guy behind the register instead of the “ring myself up” option. Dude, he sucked. I don’t think he wanted to be there. Gave attitude with every answer. I’m polite and didn’t respond with attitude, but felt it necessary to say this old guy behind the register is just rude. Ring yourself up. Overall, ok experience, not worth $20.

I travel quite a bit, am vegetarian, n Panera is an easy chain for me. This location, next to Staples n TJMaxx, did an amazing job making my Mediterranean sandwich. Loaded it up w fresh veg. They were out of baguettes bc i usually sub that bread but still, kudos to whomever made my dinner. And it was to-go ready super fast.

Love Panera bread! Always know what to expect. Food is tasty. Service is generally great. I would prefer for coffee to be always available, and with the time stamp when it was refilled. Tea is great, but not sure when it was refilled either.

I came here recently, got lunch, and was pretty disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t very clean and the bathroom especially smelled fairly bad and probably needs to be cleaned more often.
The two items I wanted were the corn chowder soup which they were out of and the summer strawberry chicken salad but they were out the three dressing it came with so I had ordered that with another not as good dressing.
So I bought that salad and tried the strawberry lemon mint drink and that together was almost $18. I think that’s a bit much for a barely mediocre salad and drink.

Order a cranberry walnut chicken salad. This a 2 nd time. We got. 1/2 of the sandwich. We noticed same sandwich maker doing this.

Yesterday, I watched as an employee cut open a plastic bag and poured steaming hot soup directly into a container. This raised serious concerns for me: how fresh is the soup really if it’s stored and reheated in plastic bags?
With cancer and other chronic diseases on the rise globally, shouldn’t restaurants take greater responsibility for how they prepare and serve food? Heating or storing hot food in plastic containers is not only disappointing but potentially harmful. Customers trust Panera Bread to provide wholesome, health-conscious meals, and practices like this undermine that trust.
I hope Panera reconsiders these methods and prioritizes customer health over convenience.
