Ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt. See my photo vs photo on their menu. I couldn’t cut a tomato as thin as they did. Really? Thats the main ingredient and you gonna skimp on that. Basically ended up with bread and sauce. Plus received wrong sandwich and had to go back for it again. Will not return.

I love this Panera a lot. The only frustrating thing is they almost never follow special instructions, if at all. And almost always forget to put the correct utensils in the mobile orders. I ask for extra utensils and I get none sort of deal. I ask for extra butter and they don’t give it. I don’t understand why they’re never followed and it can be frustrating. Other than that problem I have almost every time I mobile order the place is great

I needed a quick snack before work. I ordered the cup of chicken Tikka masala soup. I like that the menu has changed up again for the spring. The soup was hot and a little spicy as well. I got a side apple because I’m avoiding extra carbs. It’s nice to have a choice of sides as well. The staff are very friendly, and my order was up in minutes. Definitely going back

I have ordered catering from this Panera for 10-20 people a few times, and it’s always been great! Service is fast and so is delivery. I have even ordered the day of in the morning and the orders are ready by lunch!

Excellent service here from the cashiers and the ladies preparing the food. I asked for a certain drink and the woman at the register informed me they didn’t have what I was looking for which was fine and she said but “feel free to try the other drinks we have and taste test them until you find a drink that you like.” Which I felt was a great suggestion so I did just that. However, another worker came around to watch me as I did this and I felt that was strange because I’m sure this wonderful woman who recommended I did this offers this to anyone searching for a drink they’d like with their meal. That’s my only complaint. The woman who came to watch me treated me as if I was stealing which wasn’t the case. I’m a paying customer with a Panera cup and a receipt in hand. Obviously I’m not stealing. In better news, I got the chicken Caesar salad that was amazing and ended up getting a chocolate chip cookie and chips come with the meal.
