My young adult daughter and I had a lovely time! It’s been a few years and it was a fun memory we used to go when she was in pre-K/ each week in Delaware. It was fun to reminisce with her about what she remembered, enjoying and funny enough. She still gets the cheddar broccoli soup, and a bread bowl! I recommend the baked potato soup. This is a nice location in West Chester friendly employees, and clean!!

Yesterday I went to get the wild rice soup and it’s the first time I ever had the soup that look like this it was super thick it seemed like maybe it was cooking too long or I don’t know it didn’t even have a good taste it didn’t have a really bad taste but it just a bland taste and just in it look good or anything. I’ve always liked their wild rice soup never had a bad one up until yesterday. I took three or four spoonfuls and that’s it threw away the rest. I did get it to go so I should have took it back because it’s not cheap anymore anything. I might give him another chance cuz it was only the one time yesterday hopefully it won’t happen again.

Excellent service. I asked Jenna if they could make a fruit smoothie without Greek yogurt because I’m lactose intolerant. She talked to the employees, then came back and said yes and that she would make it herself. I’m glad they understand food allergies without any problems. Great job!

I really like the fireplace. Nice touch Panera. It’s not the best service ever but still good soup. Panera bread is a chain restaurant don’t have high expectations for this place. There are college students who man the helm here so just another job. But still, enjoyed the food. There was an older white lady with her man stealing Soda but, college students run the show so ♂️

Went in excited for my favorite bagel, only to be disappointed. I had to ask twice for it be cut and toasted or remotely warm. Burnt. Cinnamon bun, rock hard, not toasted. Everyone working seems bothered by simple task( not sure how when you are literally working ) this location is a 0/10 for me, which is unfortunate since I travel this road often.

Great customer service, the store manager Tom was extremely understanding, helpful, and personable with helping me deal with a DoorDash issue. You don’t see that often nowadays and it was very refreshing, huge props to Tom!

Made the mistake of asking them to slice the dozen bagels I ordered. Learned my lesson. They crushed and mangled them all. Normally they are great. Let them know and haven’t heard a word back.

Just picked up my order and this is what they now consider a $12 salad. Had barely any lettuce. Not worth more than a $6 side salad and a waste of a large plastic container. Go elsewhere if you want a reasonably sized salad for your money. I Won’t be back.
