I recently visited Panera Bread and had the pleasure of trying their new menu, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the new menu items, which made ordering a breeze.

Every time I order a cinnamon bagel from here they put a napkin in the bag and it gets stuck to the bagel and it’s not edible. Also today I ordered tuna salad and got some bread with weird stuff on it? I’ll include a pic. Giving 3 stars because their tuna salad is THAT good.

The food is usually very freshly prepared and tasty. It’s frequently hard to get fast service at the registers so order at the kiosk. But, if you need freshly baked breads, bagels, etc, you have to go to the register and wait.

Had an overall good experience at Panera in Exton today. The ordering system worked well and was intuitive. The food was prepared promptly and I was notified when it was ready. The food was fresh. And the dining area was clean and condusive to getting some work done. What more can I ask for?

Went for dinner at 5:30 on a Wednesday. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was as well. Ordering at the kiosk was easy. My order came out quickly and correct.

We love Panera and today they nailed it. We had a surprised small BD party for my 8 years old. Stephon and Heather made today a very memorable day for her by singing a happy BD they sang for her and cheer her up for being a BD girl. I got my toddler the cheese flatbread and it was kind of gross, honestly. She loves pizza- pretty much from anywhere – and would barely touch this. This is the 2nd time from this location that we’ve gotten just inedible flatbreads. For the price, I’m pretty disappointed. The lemons drop cookie was hard as a rock when I received it. So sad because it’s my favorite. I feel like this location has been slipping lately .

The red greasy hair woman who claimed to be a shift manager (Julie?) gave me horrible customer service today and am currently in the process of writing to corporate about it. She was nasty, condescending and could hear her making disrespectful comments about customers behind their back. I know the company and this particular location is utterly understaffed to the point that even bathrooms don’t get cleaned daily but taking it out on paying customers should be a crime. As much of a crime as paying $10 for 1200 grams of sodium in their average soup. For the record, the Macbeth location is much better. Exton shift manager with red hair and greasy ponytail without a hairnet has to go as she doesn’t belong in the hospitality industry. Full stop.

Everything packaged to go, which meant that my order I usually get from other paneras is much smaller (salad was half the size!) NOPE. Good thing I was eating there though bc they forgot my salad dressing in the togo bag. Avoiding this location.
