It’s a great and well‑loved place for family get‑togethers. The photo shows that the main parking area can get crowded, but there’s a convenient overflow lot right next door

The food tastes very good but multiple times we have had mistakes in our orders and had to drive back to the store to get the right items (for example ordered a chicken noodle soup and received a broccoli cheddar – could not tell it was wrong until I opened it to eat, and I can’t eat dairy). Also, we often have to wait 10-20 minutes past the promised pickup time. They usually add a reward onto the app for us, but it’s something small like a discount on a bakery item, and it feels more like an attempt to get us to come back rather than an apology. To sum up, their marketing phrase “order ahead on our app and skip the line” is not true. I will note that the employees are working very hard but the restaurant needs to compensate by hiring more staff or adjusting the promised wait times.
Tonight I placed my order at 6:04, it is now 6:41 and I am still 6th in line.

Panera Bread has significantly declined in quality and service, based on a recent visit to their Exton location. The once-reliable fast-casual spot now relies solely on impersonal kiosks for ordering, eliminating the option to interact with a staff member at the front counter. This automated system didn’t translate to faster service; our order of two “Pick Two” meals and a mac and cheese took an unreasonable 25 minutes to arrive. Adding to the unpleasant experience, we were forced to clean our own table, and the visible grime on the air vents was concerning. While the food itself was acceptable, it wasn’t enough to compensate for the numerous issues. Overall, this experience fell far short of previous Panera standards.

Located inside strip mall closer to giant and other good food options in Exton. This Panera bread is good and with recent upgrades they are easy to order. The food is always delivered fast and hot.
I like their broccoli cheddar soup, tomato soups. The sandwiches are good but okay for vegetarians. Have tried their beverages and they are okay. The portions are small but they look fresh and tasty too. Interior is good and service is awesome.
Parking is cramped but park opposite and walk here.

Easily accessible location, with enough parking spot. Clean and well maintained store. Food service was fast , tasted good, except the person on POS was not pleasant enough or not friendly. We came here for breakfast and we lost of our good mood on his behavior. We ordered pick 2 for grilled cheese , chipotle avacado chicken , grilled chicken with avacaodo, egg and cheese with caffe latte. Food was on our table within 5 min , we enjoyed the food , coffee cup lid was broken and staff did not bother to change until we noticed the spill on our dress . Otherwise should we come back again , yes we consider this one time and will come again.

I recently visited Panera Bread and had the pleasure of trying their new menu, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the new menu items, which made ordering a breeze.
But what really impressed me was the quality of the food. I tried the new Mediterranean sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and was filled with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The portion size was generous, and I felt satisfied and energized after eating it.
In addition, I also tried the new Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, and it was equally amazing. The combination of fresh strawberries, feta cheese, and the sweet and tangy poppyseed dressing was simply divine. I also appreciated that the salad was made with all-natural, whole ingredients.
Overall, my experience at Panera Bread was fantastic. The new menu items were a welcome addition, and I could tell that a lot of care and attention had been put into creating them. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I highly recommend trying the new menu at Panera Bread – you won’t be disappointed!

Used to go here often pre pandemic. The service use to be nice. Now with minimal staff everything is made togo. Tables are not very clean. The sandwiches were put together as if they were doing us a favor. Didn’t ask if we wanted chips or bread and just gave us bread.

At the risk of sounding like a Karen… So bummed Panera’s food quality continues to decline more and more each time I visit. I always order the same Pick 2: Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup + Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad.
Today, my soup had literally zero chicken (not even being dramatic), 2 small carrot chunks and it was VERY salty (still can’t get the taste of salt out of my mouth). My salad came with a lovely little rotting mushy avocado, minimal lettuce, barely any chicken, and a drizzle of chipotle so weak I had to squint to even notice it was in there – But then again, they were generous in overloading the salad with a mountain-size helping of blue corn tortilla chips (yet another salt OD). I always nix cilantro, tomatoes and corn from the salad, so I was happy to find they at least followed my request. Also noticed Panera has switched containers they use for 1/2 salads to a smaller version, which is okay, but then they went ahead and underfilled even that smaller version of the container.
For the 1st time in history, I found my order to be inedible and couldn’t even finish either the soup or salad after the first couple bites.

Panera bread is a go to when you don’t want anything greasy. Although the soup came in a bag that needed to be headed up. It didn’t taste bad. Bagels and other breads were fresh. It was little flys around the self serve juice bar.

Placed a mobile order at this location on our way to a concert. Our “rapid” pick up took 50 minutes – 40 minutes beyond the expected time when we placed the order. The restaurant was not busy, barely any tables were filled. People walking in and placing orders were receiving their orders much more “rapidly” than us. We regularly hit up Panera on roadtrips for reliable food and quick service. This location was a huge miss.
