I had a very different experience today. I constantly shop from many branches of Panera Bread. I have a subscription to the beverage. Today I went to Panera in Havertown to get cold iced coffee. I asked the employee I wanted liquid cane sugar to have 5 pluses, but the employee in a suit dress guy said with a very rude language that it was too much and would not give it. It’s the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this in the panera restaurants where I shop almost every day, and it was really sad. I will never go to that branch again. Because the employees of the panera restaurants in the vicinity are much more polite.

This location is often physically inaccessible due to their customers parking on sidewalks and blocking disabled spaces. This Panera will happily service people who park on their patio, blocking access to the restaurant entirely. It’s not worth the gamble

Absolutely love this location. I typically order pickup and it’s usually accurate to what I ordered. I’ve only had one occasion where an item was missing. And when I went back to pick it up the store the manager was so kind and even offered me an item from the bakery. I told him there was no need but he insisted. Not many businesses do that anymore and I thought it was an extremely kind gesture. Everyone seems very kind and friendly as well.

Great place for baked items. You must try their cinnamon crunch bagels they are delicious with a cup of coffee. If you like soup try their cream of chicken wild rice soup with a baguette or in a bread bowl.

This once busy thriving place has become yesterday’s news. The prices are steep, it’s like fast food that you are called up to get from your seat. Too many dishes with chicken. U need more gluten free items, switch up your menu more. The coffee is just not good and your iced teas are pretty bland. Any vegetarian items? Why do you love chicken in like every salad? I’m growing tired of you like a bad ex boyfriend. Come on, Panera. Time for a fresh menu and new ideas.

Overall nice experience. We visited during lunch on a thursday. Wasn’t overly busy and was second in line. Tried the new baja grain bowl. I was a bit disappointed by the product served versus the product on the advertising. Looked like they gave me a half versus a whole. The baja bowl came with bread on the side. The baja bowl was tasty but not filling. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.
