Great location. Terrible slow service, 10+ minutes st 9am in the morning. Hazelnut coffee tasted like they burned plastic and metal in it. The cinnamon raisin bagel was pretty good. But for $1.60 they don’t even put it on for you. I was disappointed.

Good food, bad service. The lady who took my order said she couldn’t remove the cheese from my sandwich so I had to order something completely different. Other times I have been to this Panera, the person who took my order was able to remove the cheese. This time, the lady said that it wasn’t an option. Disappointed that I wasn’t able to eat the sandwich I had intended to get.

This is one of my go to Panera locations. The staff is always great in my experience. I never had any issues with customer service. I’m grateful for that. It’s always clean whenever i need to dine in and they do their best to even keep the outside clean and tidy as best as possible. My food is always good quality. However lately the portions on the protein have been lacking.

This would have been a good afternoon for me until the male staff person in the kitchen area didn’t harass me to put my dish away as I was putting my meal in the container I didn’t have a chance to complete the task or start putting my meal in the container he immediately tells me put the plates over there I wasn’t finished and he kept saying it as if I was hard of hearing and a female came from the back area to look at me because I kept saying I heard you the first time I am not that hard of hearing. Ordered online, picked up, part of order missing. Noted at bottom of slip where it says Order Checked by….no name!! Obviously management needs better quality control. Nothing worse than expecting something from order and it wasn’t included!

Overall nice experience. We visited during lunch on a thursday. Wasn’t overly busy and was second in line. Tried the new baja grain bowl. I was a bit disappointed by the product served versus the product on the advertising. Looked like they gave me a half versus a whole. The baja bowl came with bread on the side. The baja bowl was tasty but not filling. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

I love panera! My go to order is always a hot black coffee ☕ , a chicken ceaser salad and an apple. Keep doing what you do panera! They have a great bakery section and the sandwiches are to die for!! Definitely give them a try and I’ll always be back.
