Such an unbelievably FRIENDLY staff, surely THIS Panera location is the second happiest place on earth! Exceptionally clean, with a surprising amount of quiet tucked away areas to get out of the office and plug in your laptop ( I look forward to doing so soon). First visit here, staff and manager went above and beyond with kindness to my DD – insisting that they not only give her a cookie, but also try the cranberry orange bread ( we ordered at the POS computer, and because DD is a fussy eater, I did not order the cranberry orange bread. Admittedly, I speak loudly and the POS is not far away from the bakery counter so one of the staff must have overheard and I couldn’t be more touched that he cared). DD ❤️❤️’d the cranberry orange bread ( she said, with impunity, after I baked it from scratch, that “Panera does it better!”) so we came back to this location in Springfield a second time. barely had me sat down when the manager came out and greeted us, remembering our previous visit. Again, manager and staff were extremely generous with my daughter. TYVM!! We’ll be back soon

And frankly, Panera Bread is expensive and I have been under impressed with locations near me. The Panera Chipotle Chicken Sandwich has been one of my favorite meals for years, and I usually grab it from the DMV area locations. However, about a month ago, I was in this area and decided to get one, but to my disappointment, the taste, portion, and presentation were nothing like the usual quality I get at other Panera locations.

I had the roasted turkey. It’s was alright. Turkey was fresh along with bread. There wasn’t any Mayo or mustard to put on the sandwiches, so they were very dry.

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I was really upset with my order this morning. I ordered half a dozen blueberry bagels and waited, then saw one handed to another customer after I ordered.After that, they told me they were out and just threw in a crunch bagel instead. I ordered blueberry for a reason . this was really disappointing and felt like terrible customer service.

Stopped in with my wife. We got two toasted bagels with cream cheese, and I got a banana. Both bagels were slightly warm but no hint of being toasted. They were both very chewy and stale. The banana was 75% brown. The place smelled like burning, and it took 15 min for them to “toast” our bagels. Very disappointing.

Employees at this location drenched our salads in dressing and were rude. After eating half of our meal we realized that the lettuce hadn’t been washed and bugs were in the food. Won’t be coming back here and definitely do not recommend this location.

The order was packed very rushed, container on top of container with one soup container not closed properly. The salad container had a smashed dead bug on the edge. Not sure if the location is infested with bugs or this was one off. I went back to the store to speak to the manager. However the manager at the time did not have time for any customer service. She came up to the counter and rolled her eyes and said “yea we’ll make you a new one” like it was no big deal to get a dead big in your food and threw the salad away without even looking at the container. She didn’t offer any coupons, free items or any other words of customer service. As she walked away I told her, they made me a new salad and she responded with “so we’re good then?”. I spent $70 on food and delivery and had to drive back for a new salad and terrible customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again.

My husband is HOOKED on Panera Bread from us visiting the Panera bread in Ardmore.. He loves the Chicken Blasmic & Grains Salad . It is delicious. Everything in it tastes so good blended together. I also like their chocolate chip cookies . This Panera bread forgot to add avocado. Hubby was very upset . But this establishment has very friendly service, food was fresh. Prices are great.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I’ve reported it to the health department and so far nothing. If you have mice that are out during active hours it means they’re comfortable and y’all are dirty. This was one of 3 mice I saw while waiting for an interview in less than 5min. One was inside the under part of the booth the other the trashcan in front of video. I got up and left immediately.
