I have been to this location twice search for lobster rolls how disappointing it is to work hard save your money go to the restaurant travel two buses that run every forty five minutes to a half a hour Just to be told that their are know lobster rolls left. I do think that the white gentleman that is on the cash register serve them to white customers he is the same person that is on the register the time that l go there 11:30 1:30 my personal experience with Panera bread is that what l ever wanted on the menu you guys always accommodate me .l personally think that he pick and choose who get the Lobster. I am so ready to get out the Picket signs in regards to him and not being able to accommodate your hard working customers who deal with Life issues and Stress all they want is what is advertised on the menu.Sorry that l could not answer the below questions because you didn’t have what my heart desire. Avoid this place it is filthy and the front of house staff are very rude. Look at the pictures at 2:43 in afternoon, tables were not wiped down, the trash was overflowing and the floor had not been vacuumed or picked up.

I went here tonight and I knew I should have turned around and left from the moment I walked in. It smelled like a dirty dishrag. The place was filthy, trash all over the floor, not a single table clean. The fabric of the backrest for the booth had dried food spilled on it as if it’s been awhile since this place has actually been cleaned. There was a staff member when we got there in one tiny area sweeping the rug for about 10 minutes and then she stopped, maybe to do something else but not to return again to finish. There was some type of stick or root of some sort in the middle of my chicken sandwich. Lost my appetite and left. Maybe they are short staffed or maybe management needs better training, but either way, I won’t be back there again for awhile.

I love paneras food, but this one leaves much to be desired. Starting with the female cashier at the front he seems like she’s rather be anywhere in the world but here, and being ignored while waiting to order for 5 minutes, to waiting 30+ minutes for our food a couple weeks ago. I’ve been disappointed in some manner almost every time I’ve been here.

Excellent & delicious! For $7.99 I got one of their “duos” (or duets?). A cup of chicken wild rice soup and a half Napa chicken sandwich, and the soup came with a piece of bread! Very filling and satisfying, and a good deal!

This was our go-to place with my daughter since it was the closest cafe near our apartment. It was always clean and they had multiple self-ordering computers so the line moved very quickly. Every staff was so welcoming and I like that this place was very casual. There was a male staff (Kurt or Ken) who was especially friendly to me and my daughter. He remembered our name and always greeted us with smile. If we didn’t move to other state last year, we would be still regulars here!

Love Panera but this one is not well run. It’s 7 PM and there is no bread for my sandwich, this happens more often than not. When I do manage to put an order in there is frequently something missing.

I ordered the new bagette with tomato and pepper it was the worst sandwich that I have ever had. The bagette was rock hard, tomatoes almost non existed, there was no cheese and it was over powered by the sauce you put on it. I will never recommend to anyone. I had to have someone find the cashier and she was not in the least friendly she made no eye contact and kept asking if that was it. The store was a hot mess.
