Had a $2 off salad, but had to order through the app. The order was placed for rapid takeout. I could not choose dine-in. I liked additional options, like dessert, at a discounted price.
I used gift cards to pay my total. Can use multiple gift cards. Virtual gift cards can be loaded to your app for future payments. Liked that, as I never know if an email with gift card information will get deleted by accident.
Prices are always higher here. 2 lunches, a shared drink (we refill), and a cookie were almost $30.00, even with my coupon.
Liked the separate back room with glass windows to the main dining area. Would make a great gathering place with a little privacy for up to about 35 people.
This location is in a strip Plaza. I did not see a drive-thru.

Changing my prior review complaining of portions shrinking because I think Panera may have actually gotten enough negative feedback from customers to make a change.
This is my regular go to Panera. I’m here almost every day for sips club drinks, and 1-3 times a week for food, usually breakfast. They have some of the best breakfast crew of any panera I have been to. My sandwich is always customized, and they pretty much always get it right. I really appreciate that attention to detail.
I do have some small issues I hope they work on though. The coffee station here is exceptionally small, but that’s not the fault of the crew. I do often find that something has run empty though, so I would say that checking in on the hot beverages more frequently, especially between meal times would not be a waste of effort as it often takes 20-30 minutes for a proper replacement to brew and come out.
The mens room needs better attention as a rule. I have seen the same stains for months on end, and an unpleasant bathroom odor persists much of the time. It is clear it’s being cleaned, but without enough care.

Went for lunch with my sister on a Sat, love that you can order on computers & they text you when it’s ready. Food was Amazing! Asian Chicken Salad & Autumn Squash Soup! Totally recommend!Yummy! nice atmosphere, relaxing & enjoyable!

Pretty nice Panera. The kids mac and broccoli was good. My daughter loves it. Strawberry and Peach Smoothie was okay. I had a apple fuji salad it look great but the lettuce was old. They gave me a new one same issue, I just left it alone did not bother to ask for a new one. But I did let the manager know. She was really nice she offered a refund I declined or a pastry I declined. Over all the visit was good.

It was good when I went and dined in the other day very good portions. They did forget a few things that was supposed to be on my order but I did eventually get them.
However, this review is mainly for today. I am NEVER getting take out from Panera again. The portions are an exact rip off. I ordered two things a sandwich and a salad both of which I got half the portion you would get if you were to dine in. I paid the same price for what I got when I dined in but only half the portion this is absolute BS.

After walking through the swarm of fruit flies around the soda machine and getting my food, there was a dead fly in my cesar salad. Wanted to bring it up to the manager but I didn’t wanna mention it infront of the line of customers waiting for their food. Before writing this review there was ANOTHER customer with a huge insect in their salad. I work in food service and I get that it’s summer and tons of flies are out but atleast try to manage the issue and store your food properly. It’s disgusting.
