For some reason, they forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was skinny so it prompted to open it up to take a look. It was just the Asiago bagel with sausage and cheese. I’m reading the other reviews now. Wished I done this first. I do not feel like going back about this. It was still tasty though but I did not get my $6 worth. I already feel that Panera serve these skinny sandwiches as is. This is like my 3rd time trying out their breakfast.

I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and what I received was basically two pieces of bread with a tiny bit of chicken, a few pieces of lettuce and slice of tomato. There was nothing to this “sandwich”. It was definitely not worth the money. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that there wasn’t one there. Odd. And, this location closed at 7, even though it says 9. They made it known that they were closing early and wanted to leave. I will never go back here again.

Had an issue with my order, it was dealt with by the manager / assistant manager, once I found one. I had to ask several times. The staff was not interested in assisting me. Some of my food was what you’d expect from any Panera, some of it was not worth paying for. Service moves quickly. But they take forever to make your food. The location is clean.I do not understand the pricing though., more money for less food. Those self order kiosks need to be wiped down. There was no ice. The soda machine was not working. They closed at 7, even though they claim to be open until 9. This location has gone downhill.

I’m not a regular Panera customer to start. I had a chicken sandwich(whole) and a cup of chicken noodles soup. My Girl had soup in a bread bowl. We both got medium drinks. The bill was $32. The sandwich was dry, the roll was quite crumbly and dry for brioche. There was a smattering of bacon on it and some “spicy” spread. It was not good. The soup was also marginal. It certainly wasn’t worth $5.89 for a cup. Everywhere else has better food at a better value. We could have sat down at a local diner with actual service, quality food and better atmosphere. This place was just dreary and dirty. I don’t get it. Save your money….

This used to be my go to place for a decent affordable lunch while out running errands. I had stopped going a while back because the last couple of times I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt and received it with no Avocado! And my broccoli cheddar soup had a piece of plastic in it. I decided start going back again, because every business has it bad days. I’ve been 2x within the past 2 months. I can now say this is no longer my go to place for a quick lunch- a pick 2 was $18 and I didn’t even order a drink. The new smoky buffalo chicken was disgusting IMO. For that price of a U pick 2 with a drink, I can go to a restaurant and get a full meal. Also, I noted that the tables were dirty but that wasn’t my concern at the time as I was taking my food to go.

I hadn’t been to Panera in a very long time. Pleasantly surprised from kiosk ordering to the politeness and efficiency of the food preparer and staff, to the taste and quality of the food! I had cheddar broccoli soup and oriental chicken salad and my friend had tomato soup and grilled cheese. All were hot, prepared as requested, and was all delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy as well. Overall it was a great visit!
