Serviceable spot for a bite it’s in a busy shopping center with Whole Foods and a bunch of shops. Bathroom could be cleaned and there were no paper towels. Food is ok – better than fast food, but still a lot of unhealthy ingredients.

The coffee canisters are way past needing replacement. The entire coffee area needs updating . Everything is old, warn and unpleasant. The lack of investment in the restaurant is blatant. Prices are high. The environment is poor. The owners of this restaurant do not represent PANERA well. A wonderful employee was “let go”. Sad, that the opinions of many are being ignored.

Today my wife and I went to panera for the first time in about 3 years. Out of the gate 2 of the 4 touch screens to order did not work. I ordered hot tea and there was none. I don’t say this lightly: the food was disgusting. The quality of the food was bad and somehow the taste was worse. It cost $30 for two orders of a half sandwich and half salad. The salad was visibly wilted and red. The salad also tasted like it wasn’t cleaned. The sandwiches were just bad. The menu seemed to remove a lot of the options that we liked in the past. I wouldn’t recommend this panera or any panera to my worst enemy. Every single chain restaurant we go to is cheaper and better. I wish words could actually do justice to how bad this meal was.

This used to be my go-to place for lunch, but they have now changed the recipe/system for all the bread used in their recipes. Bread starts from a frozen dough that they buy and not freshly baked in-house as it used to be. You can taste the difference in every single item, and not in a good way. Will be moving on to another local restaurant for lunch. For me, it’s that much of a difference in taste. Based on what I’ve read, this new system has been or will be implemented in all locations; it just took a while to reach this one.

Avocado in my sandwich was rotten with a rotten taste. It is impossible that person who made it didn’t notice it! Also my 1 year old usually enjoys mac and cheese at Panera but he refused to eat it, it was looking like old, a leftover from yesterday’s portion, broccoli and pasta was over cooked, with a little cheese sauce. Panera is our family’s favorite place to eat so please pay attention to quality.

This place is a joke. It’s a shame because I used to love Panera. Drove home and half my order wasn’t even in the bag. That’s ok mistakes happen but when I call the place 6 times and try 3 different extensions to try and remedy the situation and no one picks up that’s when you lost me.

This one has slipped in service and quality. I didn’t get my baguette or utensils with my order. The week before I had to throw away half of my salad because the greenery was wilted and brown. I will be looking for another location to go to.

For some reason, they forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was skinny so it prompted to open it up to take a look. It was just the Asiago bagel with sausage and cheese. I’m reading the other reviews now. Wished I done this first. I do not feel like going back about this. It was still tasty though but I did not get my $6 worth. I already feel that Panera serve these skinny sandwiches as is. This is like my 3rd time trying out their breakfast.
