The service was not the best. The ice machine wasnt working and the workers said they would get more but that never occurred. The table was very wobbly, so the atmosphere took a hit. When I was done the lady ( Valeri) came and gladly took the empty plates and she was very kind. Prices for the company is outrageous, but the teas and lemonade was delicious.

Stale bread and way too much sauce on my sandwich yesterday. I gave this place another chance after a similar experience. Never again. Also, the sandwich was not put together properly. Ingredients were not neatly organized between the stale bread.

They messed up my order then we called to reorder the food and the manager Robert never asked for the food back. My friend went back in to get my new order that they fixed and Robert was very disrespectful to her. He asked for the food back and my friend said she didn’t have it, causing him to say with a lot of attitude and flicking the bag towards her “I hope whoever bought all of the other food enjoys it.” We don’t understand how he has an attitude about the order that HE messed up. Then we called and asked for corporate and apparently he didn’t know corporates number. If you don’t know corporates number maybe you shouldn’t be working for that company. Very disappointed with Panera’s customer service, they need to step it up a few notches.

They must have had a tech issue during the lunch rush. Orders were missing, names were wrong, etc. That could be out of their hands but where they really failed is that there was no communication from them. It didn’t seem like management stepped up to manage customers (although it did seem like they were helping to make orders). When we arrived there were no people in line and maybe 1 or 2 people waiting for their orders. Our orders took ~40 mins… Some of the orders were also wrong but it wasn’t worth trying to get them fixed.
