Excellent food. Clean , neat and organized restaurant with a large and comfortable dining area with tables and booths. Food is always good and if there is ever an issue with an order, managers take immediate action to rectify it quickly to the satisfacfion of the customer. This is a joke. Buffalo chicken cheese melt. Well? I didn’t order just bread, where the h***is my chicken and buffalo???!!! I had to add my own hot sauce just to simply eat a baguette… NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. OVERPRICED SMALL PORTIONS. JUNK. Ok so I wasn’t gonna write a bad review but I had too. Friday I went in at 830pm for a coffee and I laid for it in the kiosk and got my cup and boom there wasn’t any coffee. So I asked a young lady if they had some behind the counter. The person behind the counter tells its 830 we don’t have none ….. So I just walked out with no coffee in hand. Was even asked if I wanted a refund.

Every time I order food from this Panera something is missing. I see this isn’t only a problem I am experiencing. I went in to check my order and everything was in one bag so I didn’t take it all out to thoroughly check, sure enough my sandwich was missing. I got three pick two’s, that really isn’t much to remember. I don’t give many reviews for negative purposes, but this is just getting ridiculous. SaladWorks around the corner is looking much more promising from now on.

Really nice staff and food was quick and tasted very good. Price was a pleasant surprise as I live on Long Island and my order would’ve been $20 more expensive over there. Very spacious, clean, and quiet.

Was looking forward to having avocado in my salad was super disappointed that they were completely out of stock. This is not the first time and a big reason why I try to get the salad is I’m looking for the alvacado if you guys could do a better job of making sure you keep this in stock. And I don’t we were we out of avocado today we were actually out of the Greek goddess salad itself, which is a bit ridiculous. I got a soup and usually we grab bread with it but there was no bread. They asked me if I want to chips or slice of apples. When I grabbed my order, I asked for a bowl, not a small cup. Every time I have ordered from Panera in the last few months my order has been completely wrong or an item was missing. One time they sent me the wrong sandwich. Also, every time order my drink with no whipped cream or light whipped cream, it has whipped cream or half of the cup is whipped cream. Very disappointed with this Panera. I never used to have an issue with them before.
