I recently stopped at Panera in Whitehall and ordered a Caffe latte. It was great at first, then towards the end I noticed a weird taste and consistency and opened the cup to see… the milk was grainy and clumpy. I’m not certain how this happened. But since the pandemic started Panera is not the same. I keep trying to give them my business but I always end up disappointed. No wonder Starbucks is always full and it’s right across from Panera.

Never had a bad experience until today. Was my first time at this Panera. Asked for no tomatoes, my sandwich was covered in tomatoes and tomato juice. There was barely any meat on my sandwich, no pickle and the bread had absolutely no taste. I live an hour away so I didn’t get to open it until I had gotten home. It was very disappointing. At least my dog enjoyed it. I will not be going back.

My order was incorrect. Asking for no tomatoes on my salad was ignored. My tuna sandwich was more bread than anything else and it was not fresh. The food quantity for the price is also disappointing.

We ordered 2 pizzas which took about 45 minutes til we got our food. The app said the food was ready 10 minutes after ordering, but was nowhere to be found. We waited and tried to be patient since there were a lot of customers inside. The people who got counter service had already eaten their meals and left and we still had no food! We couldn’t wait any longer and we asked what was going on. They said they don’t have any pizza dough. Our order got tossed aside and marked as done and we were never notified. We then got offered a new meal, and as we were deciding what to order, pizza dough magically appeared from the back… who knows where that was. The new pizzas were out within 10 mins and we got a free pizza and 2 pastries. It was a nice offer, but it won’t change our poor experience. This place is really going downhill. I cannot afford to pay for bad experiences here.

Just placed and order on the website and my food was cold and both of my chai lattes where half full or 65% full. Called the store and spoke to Melissa who said she was a manager. After telling her the issues she said ok thank you with an attitude. I expressed she had no thought or care for her actions with customers about there messed up orders and she gave me more attitude said she didn’t care and hanged up on me. Terrible customer service horrible food. Im calling all my family to leave horrible reviews and we will never be back!!!
