Phenomenal tasting sandwich! This has got to be the best . Steak sandwich on a Bagel Panera Bread I had honestly not been liking Panera as well anymore, but this sandwich is tops! A must have! A must try!

I order from the pick 2 menu and got half a bowl of soup as you can see in the picture. I ordered two bowls, and both were like this. I have had problems in the past with drive-thru orders and check my order, but I don’t open the container normally. Must be another sign of shrinkflation. I do like the food here and the sandwich had plenty of ingredients in it.

This is what they served me instead of soup — just a quarter of a bowl, and it was overly salty. I spoke to the manager, and I was told that this is how it’s supposed to be and that they wouldn’t add more soup because “that’s the portion.” But that’s not true — I’ve ordered this soup at Panera Bread about 50 times, and it has always been served as a full bowl. The manager was unprofessional and refused to do anything about it. I kindly ask that you address this issue with the staff.

I ordered from the pick 2 menu on 1-5-26 and I must say for the price ($21.20) it wasn’t worth it. This is WAY overpriced. I got the broccoli cheddar soup ,which was good and the half sandwich Chipotle chicken avo melt ,there was hardly any chicken in it and it was more a quarter of a sandwich not half. Very disappointing,especially for $20 !!! I also got the free apple , a specialty drink and blueberry muffin,which was half price because I joined the rewards thinking I would get at least the $5 off that meal….not. Again way overpriced for ONE person!!!

This Panera Bread is conveniently located right off of I-80, which is helpful if you are traveling. The store is spacious with plenty of seating. There is even an outdoor patio if the weather is nice. The service is fast and friendly. And the food is always fresh and made to order. If you are in the area, I highly recommend Panera Bread.

My wife and I get take out here almost on a weekly basis. That ended last evening. Our two large salads were unbelievable small compared to the usual. So not worth the money.

On 10/14/25 at approx 1045 we were in ordering and witnessed your manager and employee belittling and scolding the women who took our order out where every customer saw and heard. You need better managers . I will not spend money where your staff feels it’s OK to do this to fellow employees.

We visited for lunch today, had to wait more than 35 minutes for food. The handful of employees were working extremely hard, but the place was woefully understaffed. They should have told us before placing our order that there would be significant wait times. All we had was soup and salad, nothing that was hand prepared. 35 minutes , many upset customers between 12:30 and 1:30 today

First I love the food at Panera Bread. When we got our order I realized we didn’t have the utensils so I have to ask them for it. I ordered ham with avocado and some avocado feel left I’m the sandwich. Found hair in my husband’s broccoli and cheese soup.the employees prepping our food looks like unhappy people. Didn’t take picture with the hair in the soup it’s so gross.

UPDATE: I called the store next morning and the staff had wonderful customer service and refunded my sandwich and bagel. I raised my star ratings since the overall situation wasn’t great but morning staff customer service made up for it.
I put in an order on the Panera app. It wasn’t too hard: Bacon Turkey Bravo -customized- Swap the Tomato basil bread for Artisan Ciabatta, no tomatoes, and swap the signature sauce for country mustard. Add Black Forest ham and arugula. They didn’t swap the bread or sauce.
I also ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel but didn’t receive it. I used the app to say I didn’t get the bagel and then when I tried to use the app to report that my sandwich was made wrong, it wouldn’t let me (I tried several times). I tried calling 3 times and no one would pick up the phone (it was 20 till close and not a difficult correction at all). That’s not good customer service.
Answer the phone.
I’m not going to freak over the sandwich or bagel, but when a customer is trying to get it settled, the business needs to answer the phone. To top it off, the app experience needs improvement. The app doesn’t say I’m refunded, it leaves it for the customer to try and figure out. It’s a couple bucks for my missing bagel, no biggie. But if it was a larger issue, how would I know it’s refunded? Instead the app said, “here’s a $3 coupon to use within 30 days”… I don’t eat here often (once every 4-6 months) so that’s not doing me any good either. ♂️
