I’m a loyal Panera customer. I come nearly everyday for chicken noodle soup. I work night shift, and I find it really annoying you don’t have the option to get soup in the morning. Your breakfast is low quality in my opinion, and it’s extremely frustrating after a long day of working nights not being able to get my meal until 10 or 11 am. It’s just not right when soup is what you’re known for. This breakfast stuff makes no sense. Also, they are getting better when I tell them, but I’ve had multiple experiences where I just get broth and don’t get actual soup with noodles and everything in it. I have to take it back , when I do take it back they are very accommodating, so I appreciate that. Over all I love this Panera’s soup and staff is friendly. My experiences over all vary, but I know every morning I want you to have this and you don’t. I legit don’t understand why you wouldn’t carry one of your most popular items all day it’s not that hard to have soup available. I really hope this changes since it’s a signature item of yours….

This Panera is a poor one. The manager is always sprawled out at a table near the door like it’s her office and she frequently has loud conversations with employees.
On multiple occasions we’ve heard her either berating an employee or talking badly about one employee to another. It’s extremely unprofessional and the staff follow their leader. There are some that are ok and some that are super rude.
After multiple visits here, we’re finally fed enough to leave a bad review. When my husband asked for his cup so he could get his drink, the server said no, I have no record of your drink order. He nicely assured her he just placed one. And she snapped back that he was several orders away so “no”. Other customer who overheard the conversation remarked how rude it was.
There have been other times the people serving food have been extremely discourteous. We are not the kind of people to leave a poor review but enough is enough.

Lots of variety, with mix and match options ❤️ Consistent quality. My favorite is the soup in a bread bowl-very hearty and filling. There are also many tempting bakery treats to choose from-bagels, muffins, pastries, cookies, and more! For the health conscious, smoothies and creative salads are available Reasonable pricing for what you get.

Did an online order and after waiting 20 minutes after the time I had the pick up set for I finally asked why my order wasn’t ready yet and they simply said that they didn’t have the bread bowls for my order. They also said it was going to take a long time to bake up some fresh ones but didn’t give us any option other than giving us a bunch of French bread to make up for it. There was no apology and no offer of money back or extra food given. To top it all off two of the soups we ordered were cold after all of that.
They also told us that it had been a really bad day.

The place was very clean. One of the cleanest Panera bakeries I’ve been to actually. It wasn’t very busy when I went.
The food was good and made according to my specifications. However, there is a slight wait time despite being empty. My biggest complaint is a lot of choices for bread and even toppings for salads and sandwhiches were already out of stock.

Man, did this place go downhill. I’ve heard they don’t bake any breads or baked goods in-house anymore and I’d believe it if confirmed true. Their portions are significantly smaller, their prices are more than significantly higher and it’s just not the same company it was ten+ years ago. I don’t think I could ever justify patronizing a Panera ever again just based on how much they’re charging for such low quality food you can easily make at home.

Place has changed for the worst!! Sandwiches are soggy!! Paper wrapping was so wet! Placed online order for pick up and picking up thru drive through waited 15 min in line! So a hot sandwich is now COLD! they should say go in front of store and someone will bring out instead of waiting 15 min in line!! Got home and sandwich was a soggy wet cold disgusting mess! That went in the garbage didn’t bother bringing back not worth my time or gas!! I even said to the girl at the window I’ll bet its cold now she says sorry for your wait. 2 weeks ago out of tomatoes they are ALWAYS out of something!! Whatever!! Do BETTER!!!!

Panera Bread always has delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed the food, except I thought the little parmesan cheese bread circles in my mac ‘n’ cheese sandwich were a weird addition. It has a nice atmosphere and a friendly staff.

Overall one of the more solid places I’ve been to.
The employees are great but I don’t think I’ve seen a single one that didn’t look like they want to be somewhere else.
However it is one of the few places I’d use as a casual meet up spot and enjoy going back to.
