Ordered the pick 2 (The beef and white cheddar with extra horseradish sauce, and the green goddess with extra dressing and extra hard boiled eggs). The sandwich came with no horseradish sauce, only one piece of meat and hardly any cheese or pickled onions (it was basically just bread), and the salad did not come with the extra eggs despite the up charges. The staff working here doesn’t know how to put in order together even when it’s printed right in front of them. Just avoid this location.

My family and I stopped here before a Sights & Sounds Theatre show, thinking it would be a nice place to get lunch. WRONG! Every one of us opened our sandwiches and was completely disappointed at the DISMAL amount of food inside. I got the tuna salad sandwich that had about a level tablespoon of tuna on each side. I ended up combining the PALTRY amount onto one half and threw the other half of the bread out. While Panera isn’t cheap, what we were served was. A waste of $. Next time, we’ll stop at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods for sandwiches. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and skip this place for sandwiches.

I just wanted to compliment this Panera, from the entrance, I Had the opportunity to meet Jesus, And as a Manager, He runs a truly exceptional ship, I’ve honestly only ever eaten at Panera very few times but Stopped in today after the Mark Lowry Concert which was right next door, He was exceptional, Spoke to his staff kindly, and Everything looked impeccable, I really Enjoyed talking with him and Think that out of all the Panera I’ve ever Visited, This has been the Best experience, Thanks Zeus! As any food chain should be, the service was quick and friendly. They were actively cleaning the restaurant as we came in so it was you know… tidy. Nice to know that you can reliably find a quiet place like this to have a drink and get out of the heat.

The staff were not to helpful. We wanted the pick up 2 and she gave us the regular sandwich. We show her we wanted it the one at the picture in the menu. We point it at the offer. When we got thw order she say it was a misunderstanding. I didn’t see he was honest on her apology. She need it to read back the order to make sure if what we want it.
