I have never had a bad experience at Panera. They always have healthy delicious food. The bakery section is such a bonus.

Nice and specious place, with a lot of tables inside and some seats outside. We came on Thursday afternoon to get a warm snack. There were no customers inside, no queue. The service was fast and polite. We ordered a broccoli soup, paid 7.8 usd with a small tip. The food came fast, there was a slice of baguette to it, everything was fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated that the plate and spoon were proper, not one-time plastic. Overall, I liked the place and can totally recommend it.

Only been here 2x ever since it opened awhile back. But first time I wasn’t happy but then I was a much larger guy and prices for what I got felt like I got ripped off lol. Then I had a gastric bypass so now I can’t eat as much so last I remember from here is it was fine and food was fine as I couldn’t complain but I guess prices were better now idk as my stomach can’t handle to much food and I never thought about the price the last time lol

When you sacrifice quality to stretch your profit margins, you have a much larger problem than poor customer service, employee retention, etc. there’s a culture of money first. This is the first Panera location that I have ordered from where they skimp on things as insignificant as dressing. You can / MUST do better. If not, corporate needs to find someone who will.

Friendly service. Good food, but a little pricey for serving size. Free wifi. As far as food chains go, this is pretty good. With a (gas) fireplace to give some atmosphere, this is a decent option.
