I had an Asiago bagel, toasted, with butter. It was fresh and tasty. I didn’t get a drink besides water. The Woman who took our order was super sweet. We sat near the fireplace, which was nice on a cold day.

Over priced and the portions are small. Every time I’ve tried the rapid pick up, they always took an extra 15-20- minutes over the asap time or the time that I selected. They’re not fast at all.

I won’t be returning to this place. Came in the morning on Black Friday to get breakfast for my wife and son. Both bagels I ordered were charred and it was like biting into a brick. The person who took my order wasn’t listening and didn’t add cream cheese to one of those bagels. Completely missed the cherry danish and wasn’t with the order. The only thing that was right on the order was the steak and wake which I gave to my son because his bagel was inedible. My wife’s bagel was overcooked and her danish was missing. Yall literally suck at doing your job, and you really expect people to leave a tip before you below average service.

I have never had a bad experience at Panera. They always have healthy delicious food. The bakery section is such a bonus.
I had the creamy chicken and rice soup with a side of chips. My first time ordering this and I loved the soup.
Location is easy to get to. It is busy due to having Walmart being in the same area
Staff was okay. If she would’ve smiled maybe it wouldn’t have been so painful to order from her. I’m sure it was just a hectic day for them.
Dining area is nice and clean.
Prices are so reasonable for the deliciousness.

A few weeks ago I came here to order a smoothie and I observed a man who I believe was a manager being so kind and helpful to both customers and staff.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Panera Bread. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to get an email saying some items were out of stock and my order was canceled. Later I found out it wasn’t even canceled, which made the whole situation even more frustrating and confusing.
When I went to talk to the store manager, I expected at least some respect or help — instead, she treated me rudely and unprofessionally. My family had already left the store after waiting so long, and I just wanted to understand what happened. The way she spoke to me honestly hurt — I held myself back from responding, but no customer should ever be treated like that, especially by someone who’s supposed to set the example for their team.
I never thought I’d experience something like this at Panera Bread. Terrible service, poor communication, and zero respect for customers.

Nice and specious place, with a lot of tables inside and some seats outside. We came on Thursday afternoon to get a warm snack. There were no customers inside, no queue. The service was fast and polite. We ordered a broccoli soup, paid 7.8 usd with a small tip. The food came fast, there was a slice of baguette to it, everything was fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated that the plate and spoon were proper, not one-time plastic. Overall, I liked the place and can totally recommend it.

Been awhile since I been to this location my food was a little cold today but that was my fault I’m use to them taking a long time so order while I was 15 minutes away the guy made my sandwich perfect not missing an ingredient perfect portion and I added stuff he was super friendly and polite big step up on their game definitely would start coming back to this location
