Staff were friendly and fast. The food lacks “everything” in every area. I have never had a bread sandwich before. To find the meet was almost impossible. The Broccoli and cheese soup was watered down and if I didn’t know what I ordered I wouldn’t have know what it was because of the lack of Broccoli and carrots. Almost 8 dollars for a small thing of soup and a little piece of bread is outrageous. The bread looks like it was torn apart, not cut. Not a good experience-

Panera bread was awesome. Stopped by for lunch and we had a great meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a little slow due to being busy but we expected that. Our food tasted great. Thee menu has something for everyone’s taste buds.

Panera hasn’t changed too much over the years. Food is reliable, but they do come up with new things to try (the Mexican style Corn soup is AMAZING!) and the prices are not too out-of-control. My favorite is the Green Goddess salad and (now) the Mexican Corn soup.

I always get the broccoli & cheddar soup, it’s the only thing worth getting because paying $10 for a hard, skimp ham sandwich just doesn’t make sense. I went today – usually the soup fills the bowl to the top… my soup only came half way up the bowl? I had about 5 spoonfuls of soup and it was gone.. I paid $20 for 1 broccoli + cheddar bread bowl (for me) & 1 ham sandwich (for my sweetie).. the ham sandwich was hard, not much meat.. honestly the gas stations makes much thicker, cheaper and more delicious sandwiches. It just sucks when you pay all this money, recieve the smallest amount of food, and it doesn’t even fill you up.

We love Panera!! Although it is not cheap, you know you’re getting good quality food. The only thing that keeps the food from not being a 5 star is depending on which location you go to, some barely put anything on the sandwiches and it tastes like your eating just bread while other locations, you get a nice amount like you should. Customer Service is AMAZING!

I ordered a whole Buffalo chicken sandwich with chips and the sandwich had such a small portion of chicken that the only thing that was filling was the bread. The bag of chips is also a joke but the lazy young millennial didn’t even cut the 10 inch sandwich in half. Poor experience but nobody ever follows up on reviews so another waste of my valuable time.

I’m pretty sure the sandwich size is getting smaller. Either way, typical Panera. Staff is very slow and the dining room was dirty when we had lunch. Also, they were not busy at all.
