Absolutely delicious breakfast! The food is made fresh, the staff are very friendly and helpful with ideas on what goes best with your food, the lemonade is refreshing and made fresh daily. The atmosphere reminds me of pubs in London. It’s quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. Perfect for meetings, dates, get togethers, or just a meal on your own. The prices aren’t anything to get excited for, but the dine in experience is worth it.

Stopped in for a quick, and what we thought would be a better breakfast than other Fast Food places, after sitting at the Emergency Vet nearby since 5 am. I ordered the Garden Avacado Toast and paid extra for an egg on top. I cannot believe that this cost me close to $6 or $7. The toast was not toasted, the avacado was barely there and the garlic Aoli covered up water little bit of avacado there was. The egg was missed, no everything bagel seasoning and the pale tomatoes were the best part. I was so disappointed in this and that I didn’t look at the order before I drove off. I’ve never had an issue like this at other locations. Maybe the staff was still tired? I won’t be using this location again.

Its my first time to Panera Bread ever. The cashier was super friendly and super helpful when I asked for suggestions her name was Ashante. I was super satisfied until I got home and saw my Teriyaki chicken bowl. Are the serving sizes really that small? I paid $10.99 for this. No wonder they give you bread you kind of need it. I hope all their portions aren’t super small or I won’t be a customer for very long.

The restaurant is nice, but don’t eat here. I ordered a “choose two” meal, and the first time my food came out, my sandwich was a little cold. I politely asked for a new sandwich. When I got it back, the chicken was absolutely cold this time. So my boyfriend had to go watch them make the sandwich again to ensure it was done right. After the third attempt, the sandwich was finally made correctly, but it was sloppy. I asked the manager for a refund on just the sandwich, because we had to keep going back to get it remade, and he acted like he didn’t care. Please don’t eat here—terrible place.

Terribly slow service with attitude. 2 of our orders took forever to get made and when they were done they were wrong. I got attitude when I asked to have them remade properly. No manager walking around ensuring things in the lobby were good or checking on staff performance. The only polite welcoming staff member was a younger black guy running the front register, he was great. The rest of the staff were just there. I literally travel the country for my job and have never been to such a poorly run Panera in my life.
They also had some dirty tables and an overflowing bin of dirty dishes by the trash.

I would suggest that you avoid the Panera at 4259 Union Deposit Rd in Harrisburg, PA. While the food is up to the great standards set by most Paneras, this one is decidedly frustrating and disappointing. The kiosk method of food ordering is off-putting, and if there is a problem with your order, they make one try to call your phone and then put your order on hold, whether they dialed the correct phone number or not. Whether you are doing take out or dining in, they give you your food wrapped up and put in a paper bag with only the bare minimum of plastic utensils. This is definitely NOT what we have come to expect from Panera.

I ordered an Asian crunch salad without chicken and they added the chicken anyway. Bread is stale and just gross.

Large parking lot nearby capable of handling groups or buses. This Panera Bread has a drive through. The inside is spacious, but I died to give you privacy. Gentle light and an open design made this dining room very welcoming. The staff were friendly and lightning fast with my order. They do a good job keeping this place clean. Would recommend for a quick bite. Also you can expect a similar service to this from other Panera’s you’ve been to.
