Paid $25 dollars at the drive through for two chicken Baja bowls and a baguette. This is what we got…and no baguette. It’s even sadder to say that we’ve been going to this Panera for over a year and our experience there has been shotgunned with this type of service multiple times. Officially spent our last dollar here. Going back for the refund tomorrow.

Horrible. First time here. Ordered a smokey buffalo chicken melt. Got home and the bread crust was hard as a rock and the bread itself was like chewing leather. As you can see in the pics the whole thing was just over cooked. Take some bread, place cheese slice in it and microwave high for 20 minutes (that’s how long it took them to make this sandwich and mac & chz ) and you get this. The cheese was baked hard into the bread.

The newer team is doing amazing. The new manager seems very fun and friendly and you can see the team enjoy working here. Food is good and fast and the restaurant is pretty clean too. One of our fav quick bites or sandwich places. Love the turkey bravo and tried the green goddess but added chicken and it was perfect.

Best Panera we’ve been to. Great food, even better service. I didn’t catch his name but i believe the assistant manager, (cool haircut, beautiful eyelashes) lol was absolutely fantastic. Hand delivered our food and made sure to check on us multiple times. All of the staff was excellent especially the man who took our order and the other who delivered our food on 5/6/2023 around 1:00PM

Would rate 0 if possible, absolute worse sandwich that I’ve ever had from this franchise. After waiting 25 minutes for a sandwich and a drink, I couldn’t help but watch only 2 out of the 5 employees working with a full screen of orders. I was craving a chipotle chicken sandwich but when I opened up the sandwich I noticed that they put the SALAD chicken instead of the smoked chicken that the sandwiches usually get. Let me tell you that was the weirdest chipotle I’ve ever had. Next time I crave Panera I’ll be sure to check out Chick-Fil-A. Thank you.
