This person should be fired. I never call for people’s jobs ever. But Panera usually upholds a high standard. This is beyond disappointing. This avocado didn’t even get peeled. Plus my drink chunks of ice. Definitely not a smoothie. It’s ridiculous. I can’t believe I bit into this and felt that hit me like a Ton of bricks.

I can’t say anything bad about this Panera. The workers are always helpful and nice. The place is usually very clean. Food is good, and on par with all other Panera locations I’ve been to. And the Wi-Fi actually seems to work most of the time at this location compared to other locations.

I got the Toasted Steak & White Cheddar Sandwich, and was quite disappointed There was an insane amount of Horseradish sauce which made it very spicy and unpleasant to eat! Couldn’t even finish it.

You’ll be better served (quite literally) at many other truly local restaurants that will provide exactly what you ordered, bigger portions, and lower prices with faster service times. Something is usually wrong on each order. They’ve been open for months now, so these kinks should have been worked out. Included bread is sometimes forgotten; ordered a watermelon feta salad, no feta; got the turkey sandwich with apple slaw except they forgot the apple slaw; etc.
