In the middle of placing our breakfast order (breakfast menu was still up and visible) the manager walks up to the cashier and tells her that breakfast is over. We asked the manager if he can make our order anyway since the menu was still up and we were almost through ordering. The manager told us he “put away the eggs already and couldn’t make breakfast”. My question is were the eggs placed in some sort of secured time release vault where he couldn’t simply remove two eggs and make our sandwiches?!?! We asked the manager how we were supposed to know that breakfast was over if that’s what their menu displayed and he admitted he did not change over the menu boards in time, but STILL wouldn’t go get the eggs out of Fort Knox to make the sandwiches. We didn’t even bother ordering at that point. The customer service was very poor and I will NEVER return to that Panera until they’re under new management.

This is a bacon egg and cheese bagel. 1st this is one of the best bagels I have ever eaten in my life. 2nd top 5 in my book but I ruined it by asking for bacon egg and cheese on it. The sandwich is missing something. I will come for bagels any day.

Went here on New Years Eve and was still well staffed. Food was good and completed in a timely manner. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and got the order correct. Lots of parking and plenty of self service kiosks for you to order and not wait in a line.

The food was 4.5 star worthy. Fairly quick, correct, and tasted good. The restroom however was one of the grossest restrooms I have stepped into in a very long time. I don’t mean “its been a rough shift”, I’m talking like that urinal hasn’t been cleaned in over a week.

I placed a mobile order and picked up in cafe. I got a Caesar salad that was made with only romaine and chicken? No croutons or Parm. My sandwich was perfect even with it being customized.
