Went into to place an order for a catering event and asked to speak directly to the Manager. She came out and was very abrupt asking what I wanted and I told her I was looking to host a breakfast event and wanted to see the catering options. She went on to tell me that I had to look online and order that way and she didn’t see the same things that I could see on there, so I would have to go through the website to order. She abrasively said we have platters for 9-10 people, is that what you’re looking for? I said no, more like 90! She said you can go online and order what you need. With customer service like that, that catering order went elsewhere!

Came here for lunch on a quick stop for a long trip home and was glad I stopped in. I went with the pick two and got the classic grilled cheese with a cup of Tikka masala soup and a side of bread. Found was very tasty and a perfect portion size for lunch. Staff was very friendly and helpful and food was ready very quickly. Only downside was the tables could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise no complaints. Parking is ample in the shared lot in front and along the side of the complex.

This Panera was good, but, had a few issues during our visit. We ordered the Mac n cheese sandwich and the flatbread pizza. The fountain machine was not working and they ran out of the kitchen sink cookie as of the previous night. Besides that, we did receive our order in a timely matter and both meals were great. Could have been a five star it it weren’t for the issues.
