We go there often to work and have lunch and it is most of the time very good. Not so consistent, but when it is good, it is very good. We usually get the green goddess salad and the teriyaki chicken warm bowl. The salad is always good, and the bowl is either great, or not so good.

I’m so not a the type of person to say negative things, unfortunately today I am!!! I ordered food with a coworker online for pick up I went in told the girl my name she gave me my food and smoothies I get back across the street to my job and I realize it wasn’t our order at all I drove back over told the woman and she said oh we already gave that order out…like she expected me to take the wrong order she gave then she asked me for the smoothies that where across the street with my coworker I had no idea that was wrong as well and I said so let me get this straight you want me to drive back across the street to give you back the wrong order you gave me and she said yes she made me feel like i did something wrong so I did and when I got back and handed her the melted wrong smoothies I watched her hand another customer them and the bag I gave her back they didn’t even remake it for the guy he took some melted somebody else touched smoothies and a bag I had gone through thinking was mine they then handed me my proper food God knows who had it bf me and they stood together and laughed the place is a complete mess and the staff is rude standing around on their phones no wonder the orders are being messed up not once have I been to a restaurant ran in such a gross and rude manner I and all of my staff will never be visiting this location again

Visited Friday Aug. 4th @ 6pm, they were out of avocados, bacon and broccoli. Asked for a discount and was told” there are no discounts on items when we run out of products” This is not the only time this has happened. Someone needs to do a better job of calculating the amount of food needed to last during the hours of operations.

At 7:30 in the morning the breakfast souffles were out of site from the customers. They were sitting on a back counter cold and collecting dust. You’d think as expensive as they are they’d at least keep them warm and up where the customers can see them.

I’ve been to several Panera Bread stores over time. They have tried to update and streamline the ordering process, but it doesn’t help when small but essential things get overlooked. This was the second time I have had to ask for half and half for my coffee, because the pitcher at the coffee bar was empty. Would that not be something you check often and refill even before it’s empty when you serve coffee? They charge enough for a cup of coffee, they should have half and half to go with it. That’s my big stickler for today. Aside from that their food is good and the servers are friendly.
