The ciabatta cheesesteak is a great sandwich when they actually make it with the meat on it. It’s not cheap so I was eating it and got bites of just bread. I opened it and there were 2 pieces of steak.!!! The sandwich is almost $20 also

Ordered the Tuesday bagel special at 10am. Set my delivery to 5:15, after work. Arrived at 5:15, order not in the pickup area. Helpful staffer said she would get things packed for me. Issue became of the 13 bagels I ordered, and paid for, she only had 8, forcing me to pick five I didn’t want. Called the manager and he said he was sorry, but they sell out as people come in… why is the system allowing me to pre-order, if the order can’t be filled? Thankfully, not a catering order. Anyways, he said, “I’m sorry” again… no offer of a refund option (I had paid at 10am), no offer to stop in tomorrow and get what I actually ordered. Value for money was disappointing, as I frankly got a bit over half of what I ordered. Could you imagine a plumber telling you, hey, I know you ordered copper and paid for it, but we had to substitute plastic. Sorry.

We go there often to work and have lunch and it is most of the time very good. Not so consistent, but when it is good, it is very good. We usually get the green goddess salad and the teriyaki chicken warm bowl. The salad is always good, and the bowl is either great, or not so good.

I stopped in here for business. My client had chosen to meet here to sign some papers. It wasn’t really busy at 9am and there were plenty of nice seating areas. If there and need an outlet such as I did to run my portable scanner, those tables are hard to come by. More wall outlets would be nice in the seating area.

I never got food. No person to take orders, just a kiosk. I hate ordering on kiosks. I’m tje last person in my family that even considers Panera and you just ran me out. Coffee wasn’t on the kiosk. Cookies that were in the bakery weren’t on the kiosk.

The past 3 times I have came here, they are out of the stinking baguettes (or at least they say they are) and I mean it is Panera BREAD!! The woman’s bathroom has been closed for “cleaning” pretty much every time I go. And they seem to be completely cleaning up to close at like 6:30. They have given me the wrong food and just are not very friendly here.

I’ve been to several Panera Bread stores over time. They have tried to update and streamline the ordering process, but it doesn’t help when small but essential things get overlooked. This was the second time I have had to ask for half and half for my coffee, because the pitcher at the coffee bar was empty. Would that not be something you check often and refill even before it’s empty when you serve coffee? They charge enough for a cup of coffee, they should have half and half to go with it. That’s my big stickler for today. Aside from that their food is good and the servers are friendly.
