I’m sure people can find something to complain about but I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. Cashiers are always very friendly, helpful & especially patient. My wife ALWAYS gets the onion soup and it’s delicious. The “You Pick Two” menu is a great idea.

Service here has always been great, They are always friendly. Place is clean with plenty of parking. Does get busy around lunch & dinner time but the staff does a great job on making sure you don’t wait. Nothing bad to say.

Love Panera bread’s food and this location is no exception. They’re mixed fruit drinks by the soda fountain are A+. I often get the strawberry poppyseed salad and half a sandwich. Also love their pumpkin muffins. Unfortunately the prices have skyrocketed more than other sub and sandwich places.

Ordered a soft drink at the drive-through. One truck was at the pick-up window when we arrived. We ordered and had to wait at least 10 minutes for him to get his order. We then waited for five minutes. Staff members back and forth, but no one gave us our drink. It was sitting there, so someone just had to hand it to us. I finally called the restaurant and told them I would like my drink. It was another 2 or 3 minutes before we got our drink, even though the manager and another girl were by the window. I asked to see the manager and was told she was the manager. She yelled at us and was very snotty, as if it was our fault. She never apologized.

We just wanted to get coffee. They did not have the self-serve kiosk in this location. We had to wait in he’s very slow line. Seemed that the staff was moving very slow. We finally got to order our three coffee’s. After we got our cups and went to get coffee, out of the four coffees in one hot water thermos, three of them were completely empty and had been for quite a while. there were still people waiting for coffee to come. I caught a manager for a brief moment and explain to her the situation. She said they had coffee brewing

I love the food here but the last couple of times we have been here we we have waited at the register to order for up to 10 minutes while the employees had conversations behind the tall counter off to the side and would walk past. Don’t know if they assumed we were looking at the menu. However, I made eye contact with them, and they continued to chat away. Kind of rude and not a great way to keep people coming back. Then, when they finally took our order, they had messed up or seemed like they were not listening/ couldn’t care less.

The food was fine. Standard Panera. Very few patrons. About 40 tables and each one was filthy. All the seats in the booths were full of crumbs and other trash. There were many staff standing around doing nothing. We literally got water and napkins and cleaned of a table and seats to sit down. About an hour before closing. But unacceptable when there are a few patrons and numerous staff doing nothing.

We love Panera because it is clean fast food. Antibiotic free chicken, and other clean meats make this one of the few restaurants at which I don’t get sick after eating. This Panera was well staffed, super helpful, friendly and efficient. The salad I had was excellent.

I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo with extra bravo sauce in a cup on the side. My order took so long (14 minutes) there ended up being 8 cars behind me in the drive through. They didn’t ask me whether I wanted a baguette, apple or chips like they usually do, so I thought maybe they didn’t offer a side with a sandwich anymore. There were chips in the bag, so I got a side, but I’m trying to watch my salt intake, so I would’ve opted for either if the other options, if given a choice. They also forgot my extra bravo sauce, which I paid extra for. Not sure what was going on there, but this was the slowest Panera order I’ve ever been to. I’m glad I’m only in town for one night and won’t be visiting this location ever again.
