To many spices in my salad couldn’t tast the lettuce or the all ready chewed up steak couldn’t even tell what kind of meat it was. If someone give me a gift card again I will try the pastries they look good but so did the salad. Yuck!!! bin there 5 times tried other things to much junk in them.

The app would not let me order a breakfast sandwich at 10:50 AM. I went into the store in Butler Pennsylvania. I spoke to the folks behind the counter and they were happy to make up the order. They said I should be able to order until 11 o’clock and it was their pleasure to make this right. Both of them were super awesome in every aspect. Their attitudes were so refreshing. I can see why this store get so many high stars.

Ordered on the Panera Bread, on butler commons, website and delivery picked up by doordash. While it is very sad to hear from the panera bread manager that you as a customer are not a priority..”she will eventually get to it at some point/ later.” This just reminds me of why ordering out is very rare for me. The handful of experiences encountered are enough for me to just enjoy cooking at home and keep my money that I would rather not waste when deliveries don’t show up, are missing, or your food is rifled through because the restaurant did not comoletely seal the bag. Enough is enough.. not funding delivery services no more and the restaurants that use them and yet, do not ensure the service is great enough or reliable for their customers to receive quality product. Wasting time and money.

Picked up order for 6 business lunches. Only got 5. The receipt on the bag correct, just not in the bag. Call the store. No answer. Call the store again. No answer. So I guess I’ll pay for the lunch I did not receive. No problem, I’ll get something from the vending machine and pay a second time. Thank you Panera at Butler Commons in Butler PA.

We had breakfast here. Hubby had his egg and sausage on regular bread, 1 slice only. And they didn’t have wheat bread. I had ciabatta bread with egg and bacon. Taste was food. Chocolate milk was a joke.
