Most of the time the coffee is out and have to go get someone to fill the coffee and the creamers. For a coffee shop this should be maintain better. The tables and chairs most of the time need clean, think with covid still out there this would be on the list of things to do. They also need to have more than one person working the register, sometime the line is to the door.

It’s ok if you like high price food and beverages, I had a half chipotle chicken and avocado melt , bag of chips and a small black coffee and it cost almost 13 dollars. The tiny half sandwich was good but could of had more flavor and so was the bag of chip and the black coffee.

The bagels I got were good. The price was decent for them. The service was quick. The atmosphere is very much geared for upper class people, but welcoming nonetheless. All in all, i recommend this location for bagels, coffee, and lunch/dinner food!

Panera has really gone downhill. The pick2 is now $12 + tax. What used to be a great Greek salad is now a smaller version of a poor imitation of a Greek salad. The lettuce was not green, looked like butts of iceberg, No more kalamatta olives, replaced with tiny green olives, barely any dressing. Oh- and no longer provide lemon wedges for water.

Very pleasant atmosphere, drink subscription is the way to go, especially if you visit a couple of times a month. I’ve seen plenty of people who come just to use the wifi to study or do work on their computer.

I ordered a chocolate latte, it took them over 20 minutes to make. People who ordered breakfast and drinks behind me were served and finished before I was even served. They were not busy at this time. I’m really done with the butler store. You should not feel like an inconvenience to the employees there. The restaurant is usually dirty. So long Panera in butler

This was disappointing! In picture number 1 you can see how little steak is on my Steak and White Cheddar panini! This is the second half. The second picture shows how much grissle was on the first half. There was more grissle than steak. My son got the same thing and you can see in picture number three how burnt it is. Not a great meal.

Ordered for delivery when it got delivered it wasn’t my order I called Panera bc the doordash person’s phone number was out of service was told they can’t do anything. Went to go take back the order and get mine when I got to the counter the staff was talking about me and being rude. Probably will never order from there again since the Manager was talking about me the most. So unprofessional.
