Terrible experience. I placed a simple online order for bagels and a coffee tote on Jun 17 at 10:33 am to be picked up on June 18 at 7:45 am. I arrived at 7:45 and had received an email saying my order was ready to be picked up at 7:35. When I got to the register they said my order wasn’t ready. When I asked where it was because the email said it was ready 10 minutes earlier they just stared at me with no response. They had no answer except to shrug their shoulders. I didn’t end up leaving until 8:15 am causing me to be incredibly late to my appointment. There was only one cashier working and it was not her fault but clearly she didn’t know what was going on with catering orders and received no help. I watched for a half hour as they slowly attempted to put together my bagels and coffee without a care in the world how late my order was. The managers walked by and ignored me and the line and how in need of help the cashier was. Hannah and Ian (managers) shame on you. You saw the line, you saw the confusion, and you saw the frustration on my face and everyone around me. I had multiple people come up to me to say they couldn’t believe I was still waiting. Not once did you come up to talk to me or offer to help your employees. I will not be back, you have the worst customer service and clearly care less about paying customers and your employees.

This was one of my favorite places to dine till this evening. We were the only ones in the building ( should have been a clue) and when we ordered we were informed that they had no clean dishes and would have to place our order in to go containers. We got our drinks from the fountain machine and noticed there were no napkins in any of the dispensers and the garbage was over flowing at every station. All the dish return stations were full and the floors were trashed. We had to clean off our own table as every table in the place had food on it or on the seat. The order was $35 and honestly would have been better spent on the dollar menu somewhere else. This place used to be immaculate when you walked in and always busy. After this visit it is not hard to tell why buisness has fallen off at this location.

The Mac and Cheese and French baguette are superb as are the soups. The Spicy Take Chicken sandwich wasn’t even mildly spicy and lacked flavor. Expensive, but nice as a treat every now and then.

I ordered the pepperoni melt….for $9 plus I got 12 small slices of pepperoni…on a cardboard hoagie roll w hardly any cheese…this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed…..my order total was $28 plus for this piece of cardboard, a half steak & cheese sandwich & two “cups” of soup….RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I wish I could post a picture!!!

There wasn’t any coffee when I went to get a cup. It took a while for them to bring more out. Clearly understaffed. Also the mens room wasnt very clean, smelled pretty bad.
