There is one manager who is fantastic always upbeat and friendly she is thin and has brown hair n glasses..I got a bad memory so can’t remember her name atm. Has really gone down hill. Entire experience down hill. Ordered take out tonight, looked at receipt on bag didn’t check in bag (we had just saw a mouse run into the kitchen) grabbed the bag and ran out after telling employee about the mouse. She said nothing. Seemed unphased. We got home and we were missing half our order. I called to tell them and mentioned I was the girl who just saw the mouse. She said she would check with her manager about a refund. I was on hold for one minute and they hung up on me right as it turned 8PM closing time.
The ice tea never tastes fresh, container always looks gross like it’s never washed and smells bad. I’ve stopped trying it.
I tried to order Uber eats recently and my breakfast sandwich bread was moldy. I am not going back to this location.

This Panera is oddly shaped. The food is always good, but I feel the price is high for the amount of food. Panera is the domain of the chardonnay soccer moms. Not my scene. But when I’ve met people here, it’s quiet and a decent bite.

They are easy to get along with but sometimes I have had to call corporation office of the business because a few times they have messed up and would not fix it or tried telling me that I did not pay for something when I did. So yes they can be friendly and helpful but you sometimes have to pay attention to the receipt

This Panera location has gone downhill. It’s really disappointing. The Waterworks is a thriving shopping center and I know this Panera does a killing with business but the service and quality is so lackluster. Is it a lack of sufficient staffing? Or is it that the staff has no care or concerns for the quality of their jobs or the customers experience?
Every time and every thing I ever order is wrong somehow. Missing ingredients, missing sides, thrown together in a sloppy mess, tossed into a take out bag and falling apart.
And lately, the conditions of inside the restaurant are dismal. Dirty tables, floors, coffee area and restrooms. This should be the perfect spot for meal but I plan on avoiding this location from now on.

This location gets very busy. They often run out of items here. The staff is okay and the restaurant could be a bit more tidy. On my recent visit I tried Panera’s new toasted baguettes. We shared the Buffalo Chicken and Green Goddess Caprese. I preferred the Green Goddess. The baguettes are huge and very filling. A nice addition to Panera’s menu.

This was one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at this location is absolutely unprofessional. I had to ask the cashier to repeat every single thing she said twice because she was basically whispering. She put the wrong name on the order. The items were ALL wrong. Unfortunately, it was a takeout, and I did not discover it until I was home 30 minutes later. Calling the location was also completely unhelpful, they could not do anything to fix their error.

they ran out of the bread for the chicken bbq sandwich & if you’ve ever ordered it you know it’s a decent size. but they made me pay for a substitute AND the sandwich was half the sandwich of the regular sandwich for $13!!! i legitimately paid for basically a pick two but double. just don’t order here after a certain time. I am so upset this that i paid $60 for this meal. (2 of the same sandwiches & 2 macs)

I haven’t actually eaten in this location for years, but I walked in to use the bathroom at 5:30pm on Monday. Half the restaurant was closed and block off. At 5:30pm. They’re supposed to be open to 8pm. I had to walk past the baked goods, where two employees were talking. And past the entree ordering counter where no employees were stationed, to get to the ladies’ room all the way at the back. There were several tables occupied, but the garbage bin was sitting out blocking the aisle next to their tables while two employees sat in a booth chatting. This place is dirty, and crowded because only half of the restaurant is open at dinner time, and the employees still can’t seem to handle the business. As I walked out, an employee behind the baked goods counter wished me a good evening. I remember when this place opened years ago, it was a great place to meet friends and the food was good and the service was good too. After reading the other recent reviews I wonder what will take their place after they close. Which should be soon.
