This Panera has really gone downhill. Their food tastes good and the service regular-to-fast, but they’ve cut their portions in half! You can tell the dinner salads aren’t the volume they used to be; they skimp on everything from the lettuce to the dressing. Yet their prices have gone up. There’s literally only enough food to fill half your bowl. This used to be a great place to pick up a healthier dinner on the way home from work. Not anymore.

I am beyond disappointed in my experience with this place. I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel about 2 weeks ago, it was horrible and ripped apart. Did not even taste like a cinnamon crunch bagel. Fast forward to today, I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt. Something felt off because the teenagers working in the kitchen were just chatting and laughing the entire time. They barely put any chipotle mayo , hardly any chicken. The piece of chicken they did put was terrible with juice leaking. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. And they also did not put a side of chips in my bag like I had ordered. Shame on this horrible Panera bread and all the workers not taking their job seriously. Waste of time, food, and money. The Panera bread at Wexford location is amazing and actually takes their priorities seriously. I would never recommend this place to anyone even if I was paid to!

Ordered online and everything came fresh, hot, and accurate . I was just a little disappointed with the breakfast sandwiches .there wasn’t an option in the group order to modify or add anything, so they were a little dry and harder to eat . I thought the baguette was a lot different too then I remembered . I didn’t like it as much .it was my first time trying the avocado toast and I did not like it all . Maybe it’s just me? But idk it kinda reminded me of the prepacked frozen half of avocados that aren’t the best quality in my opinion. But overall not bad. I would order something from here again. Surprisingly the garden caprese melt was my favorite sandwich .

I ordered two soup bowls of brownie and two muffin tops I got my soup bowls but the people behind the counter serving soup and sandwiches are too busy to tell you that you pick your pastries up at the other counter. They need to put a sign where they serve the soups at if you have pastries you got to go to the other counter to pick them up. That’s kind of like common sense for people that don’t go to your place that much it would be nice to let people know that.

Really mad. Because I know they run out of bagels mid day, I ordered early on their app and saw they had the kind I wanted. So I put an order in to pick up at 6:00 p.m. I arrived at the store exactly at 6:00 p.m. and walked in and guess what – they are out of plain bagels. When I asked why I wasn’t contacted and why they didn’t fill my order at 3:00 when the app said they had bagels, they claimed they had computer problems. My biggest issue with this is that they didn’t contact me to let me know that they couldn’t fulfill my order. It happened to be on my way home, but they didn’t know that. What if I drove out of my way just for those bagels? Customer service is non-existent these days.

Ordered at 730 . The girls that were behind the back making the dishes were goofing off and laughing not doing their job! My salad had no apples in it I said light on the dressing and they gave a lot and there was hardly no salad.! I wasn’t given my child’s hot tea cup . It was almost 8 when we got our order! There was no line and it wasn’t busy at all. We we told at 755 we had 5 mins to eat! When panera closes at 9pm and the kitchen closes at 8pm. After a long day . Working 2 jobs and trying to have a nice relaxing dinner .my kids and I were rushed! My poor son had to leave still eating his sandwich holding in his hand when we left out the door! For the cost of the food and the amount given and poor service not worth going here.

It’s not the fanciest or most modern Panera out there, but the service was great, the manager helped fix an issue with our order in a heart beat and even let us take home the wrong order. Really great management and what seem to be a hard working staff. 5/5

I’m a big Panera fan to begin with. But this is the biggest Panera I’ve ever seen. Love how it’s laid out. In the middle front, there’s a furniture grouping around a fireplace. Lots of tables and club chairs along the sides in front. Then there’s like a middle room that’s quieter, leading to another big room in the back.
People are right on the ball. Friendly and efficient. Plenty of power outlets around the seating areas. Watched one family with a toddler running around – had plenty of room without crashing into others. This place is really well done.
