How can you go to Panera at 8am on a weekday to purchase bagels and all they have is plain or cinnamon? Then ask for tub of cream cheese and they don’t have that either. This didn’t just happen once but at least over the last 6 months.
The bagel breakfast sandwiches used to be really good now they taste like they are soaked in butter.
The cashier is always helpful.
Whomever the food prep employees are, she is always nice and always apologizes for the long wait. When there is only 1 person doing orders of course the order will be later. It’s not her fault but rather management.
Sorry but I have to be done with this Panera. It is worth the drive to South Park for Bruegger’s Bagels.

Arrive to the restaurant to pick up my order that was done at 4:31pm at 4:33pm. Get to the shelf. No order. Let them know “hey i’m here for (insert name’s order) says it’s done.”
“Oh we’re working on it still”. 12 minutes go by and then they tell me “oh your order must have been stolen so we are making it again for you” ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food to be ready after the time that my app said it was ready..

I just walked out of this Panera feeling really disgusted, October 3, 2025 at 630pm. Major attitude from a young, heavy-set, long brown hair in high pony tail, white female working the front counter. I simply asked her why there was a box full of bread on the front counter and whether it was for sale. I was going to buy some for my patients next door if they were for sale. She rolled her eyes and and gave me a sassy answer. I replied by saying it was just a question, I dont know why you are upset. Literally, clueless to why it triggered her to be so cocky and dismissive.

Convenient Place as to Location.
Got a mango smoothie, looks like a small-medium size but the taste was sour and bitter! For a person like me who grew up eating mangoes, and lots of different mango dessert this one is a no, no, don’t recommend it. Paid $ 7.30 . I tried to have more just to get acquianted to the taste but it keeps getting bitter. I want my money back but was shy to go back. Probably won’t hurt so much if I only paid 3 dollars. But $7.30! . Not buying this kind again.

Good place for bagels and coffee..Friendly staff…pick up can be improved, had to wait 10 mins for a coffee pickup…This place has a lot of space and much cleaner than many starbucks location though coffee is not great as starbucks… you can easily spend a lot of time on your laptop , they do have free WiFi.. Also their soups and salad is very good so as their breads , we had a good dinner

Panera Bread should change its name to “Panera Just Bread.” I ordered a family value meal and this is what the Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwiches looked like. One slice of turkey, a piece of cheese, and a tomato. No lettuce, no pickles. I used to come here twenty years ago and the sandwich was 4” thick, full of meat and veggies. I even left a tip on my order. This place is garbage now and I will not be ordering from it ever again.

Almost every time that I order a sandwich from this store they GET IT WRONG. Then when you call to get your money back, they give you an attitude. I have to call 3 times to corporate to get. A refund because their customer service representatives are inept.

I had to walk out. The woman with the weird flowers in her hair has zero customer service skills. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and she clearly isn’t trained. There is no way I am going to buy anything from somebody who employees people that are rude. She needs a different job
