Ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich for pickup. Sandwich was ice cold in the middle. Brought it back to manager and with no questions asked she made me a fresh hot sandwich and explained they were short staffed. Thank you for being serviceable! 3/2 at 4:00pm

Placed an online order that was supposed to be done at 3:12. I waited 10 minutes before I was asked what I was waiting for, then they realized that employees just didn’t make the order. All it was was one bagel. I then waited 10 more minutes for them to slice and toast my bagel. Will not be back.

The quality of the food and reliability of the order placement has degraded significantly over the course of the last year. Not to mention a significant increase in cost. The price for a cup of soup is now what the price of a whole bowl of soup was a month ago. A 50% leap in cost. Also there are no signs visible for the hours. So unless you follow them online somehow and Google maps stays updated on it. You may find yourself surprised with an hour less time before they close than you thought. They used to be open till 9pm and at some point I dont know when they reduced it to 8pm.

Excellent and highly recommend stopping by if when you’re in the area. The place is clean and bright and the outdoor seating is fantastic especially in the summer. The service was great the food is awesome I had the new Italian steak and mozzarella sandwich it was delicious and I highly recommend ordering it. I’m hopeful that they can change or add on some permanent man items such as the Italian steak mozzarella sandwich. Not to mention that there’s ample parking.I highly recommend!!

Absolutely terrible experience start to finish. Ordered my food on my lunch break for a set time, when I arrived I then waited another 25 minutes for my food. People came in and ordered after me and their orders were fulfilled. This caused me to be late getting back to work. Unacceptable.

The food was great and flavourful. I took the teriyaki chicken bowl and french onion soup. The guy who took the order was very slow

I’m not sure what was happening today but I placed a pick up order and it got delayed. When my husband went to pick it up, everything was just thrown into the carrying bag and was touching. We have medical conditions in my house and this causes a huge problem

French Onion Soup? It’s so sweet and tastes like tomato soup. Would not get again. Regret it. Waste of money. Pretty sad when my homemade French Onion tastes better than a place that boasts about their soups and sandwiches.
The only saving grace for my meal was the tuna sandwich with caramelized onions, cilantro and cucumbers.
