Pretty consistent with other locations I’ve been to around the Midwest. I still feel Panera is overpriced given portion sizes the customer receives. I don’t need more food, just better prices. On this visit I had the value duet BBQ sandwich with tomato soup. Very ,VERY small portion of both at a price tag of $7, not including cost of a drink.

Normally it’s great. Tonight it was terrible. The kiosks were all down so we ordered at the counter. I ordered a grilled cheese and cup of tomato soup and a bagget My husband ordered the strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken, which we order all the time. She didn’t ask if we were dining in or to go. We got our order, that was all bagged up. We got to the table and my grilled cheese was not grilled at all but the cheese was melted and the sandwich was damp from wrapping it up. the Baggett was so hard and dried out it was almost impossible to eat. My husband’s salad was in a small container, half of what you get in the dine in bowl and hardly any chicken No large lids for drinks but the employee found some somewhere. What a complete disappointment tonight was. Bour bill was $25, for a sandwich, cup of soup and salad, no soft drinks, only water. Normally I wouldn’t mind the price but it was absolutely not worth it tonight.

I always go to this Panera. They’re normally pretty good with everything I ordered. Today I ordered breakfast sandwich and Greek salad. I noticed that one of the guy that was in the kitchen today normally work in the register. I was a little concerned but since he’s a familiar face I trusted the order.

Bad Panera experience today. Ordered rapid pickup. Inside was closed for dine-in probably do to a staffing shortage. So we ended up waiting in a long drive-through line behind people placing new orders. That is until I just get up out of the car, look like I’m cutting everyone to walk up to the window to get the food which has been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. And sure enough, the hot food like the soup was lukewarm, not hot. We also ordered 3 orders of 2-pack hard boiled eggs. After sitting down at a different place down the plaza, we have to go back because they gave us *3* hard boiled eggs. Once again I have to walk up to the window and look like I’m cutting everyone. Woman tries to argue with me, but then comes out with the right number of eggs. The app also gave us no warning that the dine-in was closed when we were placing our order.

They are understaffed just like anywhere else these days, but they do a great job. My order got accidentally mixed up at the drive thru and the employees and manager went way above the top to make things right. Food is always fresh here and customer service is first-class in my opinion. Thanks for being in Moon!

Terrible! Ordered a sandwich and it’s 90% bread will almost zero substance/filling for $10. Girls at the window are snooty. Ordered a pizza and sandwich and got half a french loaf randomly in my bag. Won’t be going back here!

We don’t usually have any big issues , but today we ordered 3 salads and all the lettuce was not the normal lettuce that this particular salad calls for . Just wish they would have said “ we are out of the lettuce that we normally use “ then I could have decided to get something else . So therefore we weren’t to happy with our purchase , especially getting home after spending over $60 and not being happy.

Ordered bagels at 8:30 am to pick up at 11:15 am. When I got there, they were just putting my order together. Did not have all of my bagels I ordered! Very disappointed. I spike with a manager later on that evening. They said my bagels were still there, did I get them? Lack of communication!!! Manager didn’t even offer to give me the bagels that I was missing.
