I have eaten here multiple times and am never disappointed. The Tomato Basel soup is very tasty. I enjoyed the Baja Bowel. It was a nice mix of ingredients. I always drink water and really like the carbonated water at places that have it as an option. Overall, good food.

Normally it’s great. Tonight it was terrible. The kiosks were all down so we ordered at the counter. I ordered a grilled cheese and cup of tomato soup and a bagget My husband ordered the strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken, which we order all the time. She didn’t ask if we were dining in or to go. We got our order, that was all bagged up. We got to the table and my grilled cheese was not grilled at all but the cheese was melted and the sandwich was damp from wrapping it up. the Baggett was so hard and dried out it was almost impossible to eat. My husband’s salad was in a small container, half of what you get in the dine in bowl and hardly any chicken No large lids for drinks but the employee found some somewhere. What a complete disappointment tonight was. Bour bill was $25, for a sandwich, cup of soup and salad, no soft drinks, only water. Normally I wouldn’t mind the price but it was absolutely not worth it tonight.

This is one of the best Panera’s that I have been to. The manager Bella and her team all do an exceptional job every time I am here. The service is fast and I never have issues with my orders from here.

Nice quiet place for a meal but way overpriced for mainly getting bread on the sandwiches. So little ingredients were in the bread, it was like eating a loaf of bread. Things have really changed over time, Panera use to be my favorite spot.

Are you serious?!?!?!?!! This was the southwest chicken melt sandwich!!!!!!!!! I payed for what exactly??????? Our food purchase at this cost for 4 people was over $60.00!!!!! What a joke!!! Had more bread and onion than actually chicken. Think that chicken got away from them and not a vegan, enjoy meat

Always good food.
I do have to say, when ordering take-out, the portion sizes are visually smaller. I don’t feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. It’s bad enough that the prices are already high.

Pretty consistent with other locations I’ve been to around the Midwest. I still feel Panera is overpriced given portion sizes the customer receives. I don’t need more food, just better prices. On this visit I had the value duet BBQ sandwich with tomato soup. Very ,VERY small portion of both at a price tag of $7, not including cost of a drink.

I always go to this Panera. They’re normally pretty good with everything I ordered. Today I ordered breakfast sandwich and Greek salad. I noticed that one of the guy that was in the kitchen today normally work in the register. I was a little concerned but since he’s a familiar face I trusted the order.
I got to work and the breakfast sandwich was perfect. I didn’t bother checking the salad since the sandwich turned out perfect. Lunch time comes I’m at work and I open the salad the dressing looked pretty cleared so I thought hmmm….maybe they changed the dressing so I poured it in and mixed the salad and I took a bite and boy was I surprised! The dressing tasted like sesame oil with sugar. I was so hungry so I thought maybe I’ll take another bite because the salad still looks good but the dressing pretty much ruined it for me I couldn’t take another bite, I was frustrated, I was sad seeing a great looking salad go to waste as I drop it in the garbage. I shouldn’t have to check my order before leaving the restaurant. I’m not sure if I go back there again. They should check twice before putting order in the bag.

Is this place for real? Spent $13 on a toasted caprese sandwich + added bacon for add’l $$….couldn’t even put 2 full pieces of bacon on it & they’re burnt/old pieces. One tiny slice of mozz cheese and super thin tomato does not equal a caprese. This location is so lame!!

It’s a new store with a nice look. They have the new model of many stations to self-order and very little staff. I find it impersonal since there’s no one to greet you or thank you or make eye contact. They do have a friendly cashier if you would rather talk to someone.
I had the chicken soup and turkey sandwich pick-2. My soup had a little broth and tiny pieces of noodles and no visible chunks of chicken. The guy in the kitchen was kind enough to serve a new cup when I asked him. The ½ sandwich was tiny. It was average.
I was surprised to see a tiny bakery/pastry section. Sadness.
