If it wasn’t for the fact my kid likes the mac and cheese, I wouldn’t bother with Panera.
Mostly, it’s a solid eating experience. Overpriced for what it is, but edible.
But this visit at this location was well below average.
Bread on my sandwich was cold/just thawed, the signature sauce was missing (I went back and asked for the cup in the photo), and the tomato looked like it had been dropped on the floor, stepped on, then put on my sandwich. Nope, I’m not eating that.
So, ended up paying $30 for a bowl of mac and cheese, and two cookies.
You can blame inflation, food prices, the manager, the workers, or whoever but this will be my last visit to this location.

Atmosphere was not applicable. We picked up our order. Pic #1 is what they advertise. Pic #2 is what you get. I paid for added avocado and got none. No wonder people are upset. We rarely ever get what we pay for. How is this not fraud?

Whoever is managing this Panera should be embarrassed. And I’m sure it might come from above them.
In a word it’s understaffed. Food wait was significantly longer than expected, mostly just due to someone not running pickup orders out. The fancy lemonades and iced teas being empty or almost on the way. You can tell the staff that is present are stressed.

Was here at lunch today and waited forever to put my order in and receive my food. It seems everywhere you go now the main priority is uber eats and door dash orders before the customers that are standing in the store. The was not that many customers waiting ahead of me for my food, was not extremely busy for such a long wait.

The lady at the counter was horrible and wouldn’t sell me bagels even though they had them in stock only would let me buy the 2 up front I said fine w.e asked her to toast them for me then she proceeds to burn them to where they are inedible and expected me to pay for them? The quality of people they hire these days is horrible.

Customer service was a no-brainer for my very small and rare issue at this location. General manager Kerrie treated me with respect and rectified my issue with ease and speed. Awesome place to eat.

Had some difficulty with their Wi-Fi but after restarting my laptop it worked fine. Food was good, same as other Panera locations.
