Very “at your own pace” with delicious, healthy options, free wifi and space for work, and the staff is so nice! The espresso bar and food came out very quickly with text updates when ready.

This Panera had more of a coffee bar feel to it. There was a seating area with comfortable chairs, an area with small tables and another with 4 booths. While the place isn’t large, there were seating options to accommodate multiple preferences and the staff was very friendly.

I usually really like Panera, but this one is always disappointing.
The food is either always wrong, gross, or too small.
One time, my drink was absolutely disgusting.
Just today, I went with my girlfriend and we got a sandwich, Mac and cheese, and soup. The soup had a hair in it, the sandwich was way too small, and the Mac and cheese portion was also lacking.
If I’m paying my hard earned money for food, I expect better.
Probably will never be back to the Gibsonia one.

I have been a customer here for many years and overall have had a very positive experience. There are only two minor points I would like to mention. First, when ordering a meal that usually comes with a baguette, a knife and butter are not automatically provided and must be requested, which seems a bit inconvenient. Second, smoothies are typically served at a different counter than the food, rather than together, which can be confusing.
Aside from these small issues, everything else has been excellent. I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu at least once and have consistently enjoyed it. The service is also great, and I continue to be a satisfied customer.

It was a super cold day so I just got a bowl of soup. There was no line and I received my order quickly. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and it was delicious. Definitely recommend.

Had the squash soup and bacon turkey sandwich to eat. Both were good. Tried the iced tea and it tasted like it was moldy, as if it had sat out too long. When I went back to the drinks I noticed the tea dispenser. Has it been cleaned lately? Not much of a selection for low or no calorie drinks.

It’s unfortunate, but this location is really bad. The bathrooms are gross. The service almost always unfriendly and slooooow. I went in the week of 1/19 and waited 30 min for a to go order and when it was ready, the board updated, but no one brought it out.

Panera has recently launched a “new” menu that includes some “updated” items. We tried a few of these new/updated items and honestly, didn’t see much of a difference compared to how they were before. In my opinion, Panera is overpriced and lacks the flavor profiles and creativity that it had when it first opened in our area.
As for this location, service was absent and unwelcoming. And the iced latte I ordered was straight up terrible! Literally was just milk. I couldn’t even finish it.

Usually an okay Panera to eat at, but wow — I recently got an awful meal. I decided to try the BBQ chicken sandwich, and that was a mistake. The chicken had a weird jello-like texture and honestly didn’t even taste like real chicken. No idea what that was, but it was pretty terrible.
