The food is fine but our order gets messed up probably 70% of the time. Their price point has also gotten out of control; you could literally go get a steak dinner at a nice sit down restaurant for the same price you’re paying here for a “meh, it’s okay” salad and half sandwich.

I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The broccoli soup was delicious but the chicken noodle was almost all broth except for a couple of noodles and bits of carrots. I called the Bridgeville where I purchased it via Uber Eats and was told that the the chicken noodle soup is always almost all broth. I will never order from them again. They should be ashamed ofthemselves for sending out an order like that. I paid over $7.00 for a cup of just broth. I am not one to normally complain but there is no excuse for what happened and I am highly disappointed.

I found a bug in my soup. Unfortunately it was the chicken and wild rice soup, so I am unsure if this was the only one. Also the soup was all broth so by the time I had gotten to this point, I didn’t even have anything of the soup other than broth.

This is fairly close to my house, so i have been here many times. Many of the folks that work here don’t seem to be very friendly. Not a great qualification for food and bev industry. This morning, two of us approached the counter to order. We were the only customers at the counter. None of the three employees behind the counter even acknowledged us for about a minute. I don’t get it. Plus, the knife they brought w my food looked dirty.
