Really Panera!!!!! My wife and daughter go through your drive thru. When they get home, we found out that you had given Chicken Salad (instead of Tuna) to a vegetarian!!!! Oh it get’s better, my daughter is allergic to nuts, and you now realize your Chicken Salad has nuts!!! And it gets better still. We’re made to come back to store in order to get the refund on the credit card. A manager said this. Really????? So off I go back to the store. Why didn’t my wife go back you say. She was busy with my daughter at the emergency room after thankfully having an Epi Pen handy. Thanks for a wonderful Sunday evening.

This Panera grossed me out. Came in for lunch today even though I usually order drive through and though the food was fine, the restaurant itself is gross. It made me question what behind the counters and kitchen looks like. Every table was dirty and not wiped down, the garbage area was filthy, there were plates and bowls stacked up probably from all day. Nothing was stocked, two of the drinks were out of order. The counters were filthy around the drink area. Just the entire restaurant is a mess and very beat up. We couldn’t eat our food fast enough and get out of there. If it wasn’t $30+ for 2 people to eat, I probably would’ve thrown it out.

Ate at this location last week. My daughter had to use the bathroom, it looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Trash can was overflowing and the walls in the café area had food splattered all over them. Fire places werent on and food was not good. It sure what is happening there and disappointed. I hope they can turn it around.

Made a pickup order. Nobody cut the tops of the bread bowls. So we ended up having to scrounge for plasticware at a hotel and try to handle it with a plastic knife. Wish that “tip the team” option came up AFTER I got my food.

Ordered online for pick up of 1 and half toasted frontega chicken sandwiches and when i got home my sandwiches were made with the wrong bread, sandwich bread all soggy, shouldve looked at the reviews first and check my sandwiches before leaving, i understand if they didnt have the focaccia bread but instead of choosing for me, a call asking which bread or if i still wanted the sandwiches , that wouldve been better. Called corporate to file a complaint, not coming back here!

Went to this location yesterday and was told at the drive thru window they only had 2 staff members and that my order would take 25 minutes as they were behind and short staffed. I let the employee know I was only getting soup and he said it would still take 25 Minutes. I called his bluff and told them I would wait. It only took 5 minutes and when I approached the drive thru I saw at least 5 employees working. They were turning cars away and at least 5 cars behind me left. Lazy employees turning customers away because they didn’t want to work. Hopefully the franchise owner sees this post.

Very SLOW service!! They are working on all pickups will those sitting in the dining room wait forever for their food.
Dine in soup was given in a take out cup. Smaller portion.
Two weeks ago they were out of bread – with Panera in their name how could they be out of BREAD!! That is what they do.
The other night they did not have any chips as a side.
I usually like Panera and will go to others but not back to this one – Poorly managed.

Terrible servixe. Can’t cut open the bread bowl not to mention they lied about not having them when initially called before coming down there and was told they had plenty. Ten minutes later I come through the drive thru and they’re gone? Nope try again said I just called and they miraculously had some set aside.
