Never again!! Ordered my favorite, bacon mac n cheese and it was so cold. Wife’s broccoli cheddar, also very cold! No plastic ware and I’m pretty sure we were served day old food and that is unacceptable. Do better! (Webster, NY location)

Outrageous prices!!!
$38 dollars! For two bowls of soup with a sandwich and a salad.
The restaurant is pretty, although I had to wash the table because it wasn’t clean.
Honestly, if I hadn’t received a Panera gift card I wouldn’t have even come to this place to eat.

I have ordered here a lot recently since my girlfriend does her homework in the dining area, & my order is wrong every single time. One time my pastry wasn’t with my order, my sandwich didn’t have double chicken like I ordered, didn’t have the sauce I requested, & my latte was hot & not cold. Next time I ordered bacon Mac & cheese & got regular Mac & cheese & the portion was small. Another time I got an entirely wrong sandwich. Most recent time they made my bagel wrong & again did not add the sauce onto the sandwich I added to the order. I hate having to go up every time & ask for things to be fixed or the sauce on the side, ect. I can’t believe how often at least one thing with my order is wrong. Why do I spend my money here it’s so frustrating.

This Panera in Webster, NY is very nice inside. Lots of tables and clean. Friendly staff as well. We had a group of 5 and food came out quickly. As for the price vs quantity and quality, eh, it’s alright. I do think the portions have reduced in size while prices are creeping up.

Visited the Webster NY location this morning (Tuesday) for their Bakers Dozen Bagel Deal. We’ve been doing this for years. Gave her our order 7-Everything, 6- Sesame. They were out of Sesame at 9:30 am already. So we changed the order. And lo and behold when we got home there were only 11-Bagels in the bag. It can’t possibly be that difficult to count out thirteen bagels. Simple math. Give me a break!

My wife ordered takeout after a very long day for the both of us. I got the smokehouse BBQ chicken. For starters, I’ve had this before; so I know what it’s supposed to look like and how it is supposed to taste. I don’t write reviews and I usually just brush things off, but I was extremely disappointed in the food I received. I know times are difficult and people are struggling financially, mentally, etc… but when half of a sandwich has no meat in it and the other half has very little and it looks like they jusy took any remaining scarps to put it together… come on now! There was more BBQ sauce than anything. Talk about disgusting. I took two bites and couldn’t finish it. I can get better food from McDonald’s than what I was given. Never going back to this particular Panera again. Very disappointing.

On our last trip, they forgot my son’s sandwich. When I went to the pick up counter to get it, it was just sitting on the line half-made. One worker chastised another in front of me. It took longer than it should have. This time, my husband ordered online and brought it home. My sandwich had 1.5 ingredients on it out of the 5 it should’ve had. It was bare! Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

My four cheese soufflé is a horrific mistake of an item. This was severely burned, much like Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars. It was flavorless and near unpalatable. Customer service obviates the one star and guides it towards two stars.

What has happened to Panera in Webster?? It has gone downhill. The place is dirty, the tables are filthy and nobody seems to care. I don’t understand what happens to these businesses. Management needs to step up and take responsibility!!! My God

the first time i got this there was barely any sauce so this time i asked for some extra and this is what i got. a disgusting greasy loaf of bread for 10.99. i’ve only been i panera twice and it’s gonna stay that way.
