My four cheese soufflé is a horrific mistake of an item. This was severely burned, much like Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars. It was flavorless and near unpalatable. Customer service obviates the one star and guides it towards two stars.

I usually like Panera but was really disappointed the last time I went. I got an Asian Chicken Salad and it was about as satisfying as eating a head of iceberg lettuce. For $12, I’ll go to Wegmans and grab some lettuce for a couple bucks and throw in some chicken. Not likely to return anytime soon. Their sandwiches are good, but overall pretty expensive.

Went there for the first time in a long time. Ordered the steak and cheese sandwich. There was barely any steak on it – one thin layer. Subway does better than that. Definitely not worth the money. Onion soup was good, but I never had to order the cheese separately, so that was disappointing. The croutons were stale. Sorry, I never write bad reviews, but this had to be said.

Placed a drive thru pick up order for a beverage because of the Unlimited Sip Club. Was told when I got to the drive thru that I would “have to wait for a text message before I was able to pick it up.” Just for a drink. It has not been 15 minutes after the app said my order would be ready and I still haven’t received that mystery pick up text. Pretty sure I will not receive this text as I have never had to wait for one doing this exact same thing before. Very misinformed by the employee.

I sat in line for 38 minutes (couldn’t get out of line) for a drive thru pick up order. If it’s this slow, they should not have a drive thru, especially when I ordered online an hour ago. They also offered for the person in front of us to pull forward if they wanted to OR they could wait in line for their long order. So we were stuck for another 11 minutes and when we got to the window, the server didn’t know what our order was. We corrected them when they offered us the wrong items, and then we were given cold, dry food because it had been sitting out for an hour. We left home (5 minutes from the restaurant) BEFORE we even got the text that it was ready – we ordered and left. This was my first experience in a long time with Panera and I will never come again. We were given a refund because they said it would take at least another 20 minutes to make our order again because they had 12 other new orders ahead of us. The food was wasted and so was our time.

No complaints about the food. But shocked as I noticed there were kids in parking lot playing football OVER parked cars. I mentioned it to the drive through employee. I received a rude “it’s a public place and there was nothing they can do .” I won’t be taking my car anywhere near that public place again.

This Panera in Webster, NY is very nice inside. Lots of tables and clean. Friendly staff as well. We had a group of 5 and food came out quickly. As for the price vs quantity and quality, eh, it’s alright. I do think the portions have reduced in size while prices are creeping up.

They were out of bread. They said it had been busy. I’m thinking to myself this is their business and they should be able to forecast how much they would need on a typical day. Then the other thing that turned me off was the lady at the counter. She had a persistent cough. She was cleaning the counter where the pastries were and coughed on the food. This really bothered me. I’m sure she didn’t realize she even did it. In my opinion, people working with food should take precautions when they are sick. She could have at the very least worn a mask.
