Do not support the Panera bread company!! There was a poster board for upcoming productions of the colored purple at Sheas. Company execs came in and told the manager to take it down. They explained that “it does not align with the company”. How does a story about black people do not align with the company. Do NOT support this company with RACIST execs running the area. Even SPOT coffee is not like this. Very disappointing that this is how people still think in 2023.

The manager was very rude to me and my friends. He kicked us out almost right after we ordered and some of us didn’t even get our food yet and he made up a fake excuse. We did have a big group but we were trying to be respectful and quiet but he still kicked us out. This is not the first time its happened. He also blamed other people for things they didn’t do.

Probably the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. The baguette tasted old (soft and not crunchy on the outside and dry on the inside), and they were out of key ingredients for my salad. The bakery case was weirdly empty. It looked sad.

I belong to their unlimited sip club and I use it so often. Whether I’m at this location or another one. I always have a hot or cold drink available every two hours. This location is very fast for how busy they get. Quite amazed how fast i can get in and out. The mix and match combo’s are so well priced for the quantity and quality that you get.

I went here with my 2 oldest kids for a quick lunch and we all enjoyed our food very much! I usually get the broccoli cheddar soup but I ended up getting the creamy chicken with white and wild rice this time. My oldest got the mac and cheese which is definitely made with the broccoli cheddar soup and it’s very good and then my second oldest got the broccoli cheddar soup. We got some baked goods to take home. The chocolate filled croissants are to die for. So delectable! The pumpkin muffin was also VERY good. Overall I’m very impressed with everything we got. My oldest loves coming here and honestly I cant complain. I always get something good to snack on here.
