I and my friends have been coming to Panera for nearly 3 years. All if us are “Sip Club” members, which we really enjoy. It is my sincere pleasure to highlight one of your exceptional employees, her name is Teiba. My group comes to your Panera location 3 times per week and Teiba always makes our stay so enjoyable. Teiba is always helpful and so upbeat and cheerful. What an asset she is to the front end of this location. We all love her.

Typical Panera. Service was decent but not generally efficient. I order the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and corn chowder soup. Both were tasty enough. My guests had the strawberry salad, which they enjoyed. Restaurant was clean.

Very pricey for the mediocre experience you get.
The prices for sandwiches are insane. The grilled cheese was almost $9. It was not even grilled. It tasted like cheese on bread that went through a toaster.
The size of the bowls of soup in the restaurant is much larger than the to-go containers they use.
Some things like their cookies are quite cute. My mother loves their cinnamon crunch bagels.
It is crazy they are usually sold out of the souffles by 9am. Not sure why they don’t make more.
They hardly had any bagles left at 12:00. The lack of souffles as well as all the bagles other than cinnamon crunch made it look super barren (see pic).
They give you a pager to pick up your food but then they just call out your name and not use the pager anyways. There are no trays so it is a struggle to carry your multiple dishes to your table.
You have to prepare your coffee yourself, but then it is made how you like it. Sadly, the dark roast tasted watery.
The atmosphere inside reminds me of a hotel conference center and is not cozy at all. It is nice they have tables to sit outside. The bathrooms were clean.
I sincerely do not understand why people would keep coming here as it is not for the prices or food quality.

Great lunch with the grandkids and 3 adults. The soup and half sandwich was really good! Fall squash soup was the best I ever had! My tuna sandwich was awesome! Child friendly choices were excellent. My green tea with mango (I think) was so good I took a refill home with me! Clean bathroom and clean eating area. Prices average. Parking was tight, but inside wasn’t crowded. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go back to this Panera again!

Have been to multiple Panera locations and have had decent experience.
Recent experience was horrible.
There was a live bug in my salad, had to throw it out after couple of bites. Not having salad here again.

I’d give 0 stars if I could, this entire building needs to be shut down, Panera as a whole needs to. This specific building has the nastiest, most unbearable management I have ever seen, the most miserable staff having to deal with said management and the most corners cut to save money I can say for certain. The food continues to become worse quality while continuously going up in price. Being known for healthy and fresh items seems to just not exist in their ideals anymore as every item is tasteless. When Panera first opened, they were unique. Now, they’ve fallen behind in quality in a market full of better places with healthier and tastier food. and at those other places you’ll get better for less. Staff is good and usually friendly. And service is usually as fast as they can manage, but friendly service isn’t enough with food quality and prices where they’re at.

It’s frustrating to have picked up your order and got home only to find they missed your sandwich. This happend multiple times. Then it’s an pain if you try to contact them for it. When you call the store, they always ask you to call back later because they are too busy even if you called between meals. We order pick up for the convenience but too often end up with wasting time on dealing with wrong orders.

Dining area is clean and plenty of seats. The food is good but expect delay around lunch and dinner time, especially if it’s nice out.

I ordered a salad from panera through Uber Eats and they wouldn’t let me have a refund. Not only was the lettuce brown and old, but the cheese and dressing was liquidity and disgusting. The bread wasn’t fresh at all, it was stale from sitting too long after being frozen. So don’t ever order from panera unless you don’t mind throwing up.
