We like Panera and since our hotel was near the area we decided to get our lunch packs for a group of students to avail of the value meals and free delivery since we have a coupon saying free delivery .However the cashier mislead us about the meals and we ended up waiting for the food and picked up .She said the free delivery was for online orders only and the catering meals was not available in their branch .It felt like we didn’t get the value for money and we felt treated poorly .Customer service was very poor at this branch .Although

I know a lot of times people only post reviews to share negative experiences but I wanted to make sure I shared one that highlights the positives. The guy working at checkout-Aaron, is wonderful. Seriously he has to be one of the best workers I’ve encountered in customer service in terms of friendliness, positive attitude and just overall demeanor. I’ve been in twice recently and both times he’s just been so friendly and overwhelmingly positive that it’s made me leave in a better mood than i came in with. Give that dude a raise-cause he definitely deserves it!

Iced coffee was aweful and we threw most of it away. Service was just as bad. Cashier did not bother to hand me the cups for self service and waited for me to come back and ask where they were. They ran out of iced coffee and when it was refilled they did not bother to tell me even though they could see me waiting for it. Very poor! Do better!

Everything was great. We ordered at the kiosk which was super quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The food was hot and made to order. The staff was also friendly. We were going to eat outside but it stated to rain! So maybe next time.

Unacceptable for a salad. This does not have dressing on the salad FYI. Also their sprouted grain roll has become half the size it used to be! CHEAP and nasty salad – expensive for what you get. Never again!

I usually always go to this specific panera the food is usually great but of course this past Sunday, the only food I ate was from panera the whole day. I had their salad, broccoli mac and cheese, and a baguette. Sunday night I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting everywhere which continued for two days, and realize that I had food poisoning from this place, never eating here again too risky.
