Bad service. Can’t read people’s order I paid $10 for the bread bowl addition for my 2 soups, the delivery came and no bowl and only got atleast a cup worth of the soup. Yes Ik that much goes in the bowl but you eat the bowl and that is also part of what you pay for!!

Staff are rude. I asked if I can have help with an order so we didn’t have to use the iPad and I got a rude response or no. Not a response that’s very professional. Just say “I’m not trained to help with that but I can get you somiem that can no problem! One sec please” this is very simple managerial training. Do better Panera. Very surprised how different this location was from a couple years ago when I last visited. You used to walk in and feel like you were in a gourmet atmosphere with fresh coffee in the air and a lovely wall of pastries welcoming you. NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE. It was sort of depressing. Pastry/bread baskets were barren. Not a single person sitting in dining area. Everyone there was only to get takeout. All of the staff definitely seemed underwhelmed being there. So unfortunately it wasn’t until I got home I noticed they failed to include 2 sandwiches I had ordered – basically the whole point of going there to try the new chicken sandwich. I called the store and after holding for 10 minutes and then being disconnected, the manager did call me back and apologized and asked if I wanted store credit or refund. I politely requested a refund while thinking to myself I would rather die than go back to that depressing place again so store credit was of no interest to me. Bottom line is this place is nowhere near where it used to be and I have no interest in making another effort to try the $12 chicken sandwich.

So sad, the store is so run down and dirty. Just stop and look around… it’s shameful and sad for the $. Cobwebs dirt and food on walls and tables. Ceiling is so nasty in the dinning area scared to see the kitchen.
