Always a great stop in the morning or anytime really. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The service is quick and easy. Most of the time I order on my app and do pick up but I also do walk in ordering. I have never had a bad experience here and I will keep coming here over and over because it’s that good!!!

Clean location with food quality you’d expect.
On one visit (not pictured) they were out of bread because of lake affect snow. Apparently the bread isn’t baked/made on-site and is shipped from Ohio. So realize that if there are weather or logistic issues along the I-90 corridor you may experience an interruption in what offerings are available at Panera Bread.

The salad was quite pitiful. It was so bland! They didn’t even use dark Romaine lettuce. Panera Bread needs to hop over the border and learn from The Chopped Leaf in St. Catherines. There is a huge difference in quality and taste! Panera’s cinnamon sugar bagel is quite good toasted, but they stopped selling the hazelnut cream cheese to go with it that I adored. Their maple walnut one is fine, but it isn’t even anywhere near as good.

They did very good on mobile order this time. Last time they gave me 8 bagels on 13 bagel kiosk order because they did not have seseme that I asked to substitute plain. They apparently couldn’t handle the math.

I go to this location quite a bit for sip club coffee. The employees are usually friendly and helpful, although I will say the quality of food/preparation standards have really gone downhill over the last few years.
Update: Still pretty bad. $7 breakfast sandwich…really? Overcooked, and covered in cheese and grease.

Very fast with getting you the food, and if there’s a mistake they are very quick to fix them. Tables are usually very clean and the employees are very friendly.

Ignorant counter service individual. Says we can’t have a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Very rude. Won’t ever come back to this location. Dirty dining area, coffee urns empty. Yet rude customer service individual stands around. Terrible experience.
