Every experience I have had here has been atrocious. The old Panera across the street was just as bad but I thought I’d give them the benefit of doubt. First experience I went to the drive through and was the only car. Waited and said “hello” and no one helped me. After 7 minutes I parked and went inside. I was the only person ordering with one person waiting ahead of me. Took two seconds to order my one smoothie at the touch screen. I proceeded to wait fifteen minutes for a smoothie! They were not busy at all. Went about a week later to the drive through, again for ONE smoothie! I sat at the window waiting for ten plus minutes! I don’t know why I went again today, but I ordered drive through a coffee, U Pick 2 with a Napa almond chicken salad, strawberry poppy seed salad and chips. AGAIN there was no one ahead of me and after paying I was told to pull up to the right to wait for my food. No problem. Until I got home to eat my $18.32 priced food which was ALL inedible. I got a baguette instead of chips which looked like it had bites taken out of it. The chicken salad barley had chicken on it I realized after taking a bite. The salad looks like it had been sitting old for days. The strawberries were soggy, slimy and smelled fermented, the lettuce was browning and the dressing cup was not even 1/4 of the way full. I have no idea what’s up with this place but avoid it at all costs. I will not be returning, I’d rather eat McDonald’s… gross.

I went to this location for the first time today, during lunchtime. It was busy AF, but the employees there crushed it! People get impatient and can be down right demanding, but these employees were fantastic! Excellent customer service!! I hope your management team knows what a great crew they have!

I normally go to this Panera location in Fayetteville to pick up dinner before I head home and I always order and pay online before I head out and pick it up via the drive-thru. Unfortunately, this happened to me three times already, by the time I come home when I unpack the order, it is missing not just one but multiple orders. Every time I call, it seems no one picks up the phone, and for the nth time I call I ask for a refund over the phone and they cannot do it and tells me they will just send me a voucher. I don’t want to drive again all the way back to Panera as it is a hike from where I live. Very unreliable, and careless staff who pack your order! What is the point of them marking the order attached to the bag with a pen as if they verified the order when multiple items are missing?! Do I have to check and open the taped bag each time before I leave? You can’t trust they ensured your order is all set. Poor customer service. Very disappointing.

no matter what time of the day it is the drive thru is ALWAYS a very long wait for me. There are pleasant folks working and no complaints about that and not sure whose fault it is however management at this store really need to step in and see what’s causing the long wait time is the place understaffed? Unorganized? And set in place a new plan or don’t offer drive thru if the wait time is equivalent to that of dining in bc this drive thru is not convenient as it suppose to be

The new dining room is not very welcoming. The cozy atmosphere is completely gone. No fireplace or comfortable seating..the music is way too loud. The food is ok but pricey. The drive thru set up is crazy and an accident waiting to happen. It’s too bad, i used to love the atmosphere. 🙁

Took over 30min for an order of 1 sandwich that had no customization, just straight off the menu. This was at 2pm on a weekday. Inside is wide open space with high ceilings and loud. The food was fine but I don’t understand why it takes that long for a pretty simple order.

Green goddess salad as take out was terrible, no kale, leafy greens or arugula, just Boston lettuce, old brown avocado hunk, no onions, plus it was cold, not freshly made. Lousy food.
