I used to be a big Panera fan but the quality and quantity of food that they currently serve is not worth the price you pay. Between the lack of chicken in chicken sandwiches or bacon in BEG or even egg, it’s very disappointing and expensive. The BEG pictured was just last week and it was nearly $7.

I ordered online at 12:10PM with a 12:20PM pick-up time for a salad and bread. I got in line at 12:15PM as the line was 6-7 cars deep. As I waited, I noticed that orders being placed at the drive-thru where delaying the process as the drive-thru customers were not moved forward so the online orders could be picked up. Sixteen (16) minutes, 12:36PM after my schedule pick up time I got my time at the window, my order was ready and when I got to the office my order was shorted. After waiting 26 minutes from my order time, expecting 10 minutes of the time as defined by Panera as prep time, I was expecting my order to be correct. The salad was fresh, the amount of food was good, but the service and being shorted on my order brought this experience down.

Not the first time I’ve gotten a Fuji Apple Chicken salad with no chicken. If I’d carried out without checking, I’d have been ticked off. The kitchen staff members are too busy chatting it up vs taking care of business.

Terrible service. Take out orders are frequently missing items. Employees simply reply with the standard “We were busy. Sorry.” Poorly run. Avoid this location when possible.

Update went here the other week with my son. They were again out of the thing I wanted. The steak asiago bagel. Settled for a bbq chicken sandwich and tomato soup. Barley any chicken or onion. My son’s mac and cheese bread bowl was small. He’s 9 and was still hungry. The bread was too hard to eat.Portions always suck. Prices are too high to justify what is being served. I won’t be back to the Panera chain again. It’s not just this restaurant. It’s the chain itself.It’s sad because they used to be awesome…….They were out of pickled onions for my sandwich. Also out of chips for sides. Other than that the service was quick and friendly.

I recently became a sip club member, and I like having it. The staff are all very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I bring my service dog in with me at times, and they are more than accommodating to me and him. He enjoys a puppy cup every time even in the drive thru. He gets so excited to go. My favorite is the orange scone, although I’ve never had a bad meal or desert from this place. The drive thru is convenient, and they are accurate. The inside is cozy and clean. I recommend this place for a quick bite or a cozy break away.

This is really the most filthiest Panera Bread I have ever been. It is very obvious that all the dirt has not been there from that day. I was there 10:30 am. The toilet was just disgusting. The toppings on my sandwich were fallen down and the woman behind the counter just tossed it back and handed it to me. So disgusting.
