Stopped in today to eat with the wife and upon getting out food my wife realized the sandwich whe ordered was missing some of the main ingredients. So we spoke to the staff and the manager politely not only refunded our item but let us keep it and replaced it. We were very happy with the service that was provided and we feel that this location went above and beyond. We do eat here alot and love to as well. Big thanks to everyone who was there to help today!

I wish things didn’t take so long here. There was one person in front of me but because the cashier has to then go and make the order, the rest of the line has to wait. This guy must have ordered 50 bagels all sliced and the slicer was broken. So it all had to be done by hand. So we all stand there. Just seems inefficient.

Coming here is a 50/50 shot of getting decent service (or I guess any for that matter). Sometimes they will have your food quickly, and other days not. It doesn’t matter how full the cafe is, its just a shot in the dark (Having worked at a separate panera location for a year and a half I know it shouldn’t be like this).

Typical food for what you would expect from Panera. The restaurant is nicely laid out, and there is a fireplace, which is great for Poughkeepsie in the colder months. But the last couple of times I’ve been in, the staff has not done the best job of keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. The service was very friendly and prompt.

waited 20 minutes for a $10 grilled cheese. restaurant is empty at 4pm on Saturday. 5 employees working. they give you buzzers to signal when the food is ready, the buzzers don’t work so they just yell the numbers instead. food was cold. I don’t blame the employees as much as I blame the management and executive greed of the company.
