Reviews
I rarely update reviews, but this location has continued to decline rather than improve.
After giving this store multiple chances, my most recent visit was by far the most disappointing. The bread was noticeably old and hard, not fresh as you would expect from a bakery-café. We waited over 40 minutes for our food despite the restaurant not being busy. There was no sense of urgency, communication, or concern for the delay.
What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism from management. Instead of addressing the situation, the manager appeared dismissive and was laughing while customers were clearly waiting and frustrated. That kind of behavior leaves a very poor impression.
As someone who reviews businesses regularly, I do not take negative reviews lightly and I never attack a business personally. However, this has consistently been one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Cleanliness, service, and food quality all need serious improvement.
I genuinely hope they turn things around, but based on repeated visits, I cannot recommend this location.
’m updating my original review because, unfortunately, my experiences at this location have only gotten worse. After my first visit, I decided to give the place a few more chances, hoping things would improve. Instead, each return visit left me more disappointed.
The biggest issue has been cleanliness — specifically the silverware and plates. Multiple times we were served utensils and dishes that were visibly dirty. Not water spots — actual food residue and grime still on them. It was beyond off-putting. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they laughed it off and blamed the dishwasher, which honestly made it even worse. There didn’t seem to be any urgency to correct the problem or take it seriously.
At this point, it’s just flat-out gross. My son won’t even eat there anymore after seeing it himself, and I don’t blame him. We used to come here three times a week and even had two Sip Club memberships because we were regulars. That’s how much we supported this place.
But after repeated dirty dish issues and the way it was handled, I’ll be canceling both memberships. It’s disappointing because we used to enjoy coming here, but now I have no desire to return.
If you are out of stock on an item, you should not be permitted to order it to begin with.
This morning, I also ordered yogurt and avocado toast. While waiting, I received a notification that my order was ready. After waiting another 5 minutes, I found out one of the items was out of stock. The breakfast item was cold and did not have the dressing the menu said it would.
I will not be returning. Going elsewhere anytime I want to get breakfast out in the future.
Please improve your service.
We ordered pick two option
I ordered warm baja bowl and green goodness caprese melt. Both tasted great. The portion size for the caprese melt was big and I overstuffed myself.
My husband ordered pick two
Tomato soup and half Mediterranean sandwich. Both were great.
