Panera used to be one of my favorite spots for lunch … unfortunately the last several times I have gotten my usual Fuji Apple Salad, many pieces of lettuce have been extremely wilted and brown. Photo for reference. I had kept returning hoping the quality would improve, but it looks like this trip will be my last for a while.

Good food as usual. Ordered takeout and waited an additional 20 minutes before going to pickup due to it being a Friday. The order was over 40 later than the stated time. Definitely won’t be doing takeout on the weekend anymore. Obviously not staffed enough. The counted person was bouncing all around, but was very friendly.

Pretty good but they take forever to make the orders. We order online ahead of time and almost always get stuck waiting 20 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. The brocolli cheddar soup is the best !

Their wait times are ridiculous. I placed an order at 550pm for 2 sandwiches pick up was supposed to be at 602pm. Food wasn’t ready till 627pm. I went in with 2 small children and they did not care nor rush my late food. Never offered the kids a cookie or anything even though we were waiting there almost half an hour just for the 2 sandwiches. 4 workers in the front and still waiting on food that is horrible. Choose wisely, if you have a ton of time to waste and to not feel like a priority this is your place. They have zero customer appreciation, it’s really sad because we used to love coming here. I don’t know what’s caused them to become so uncaring.

One of my favorite places to visit. Mercedes and Armena are the best. From my very first visit in 2018 they have been the most gracious and pleasant employees. The manager Joe is awesome because he always acknowledges me when he sees me.

This meal is freshly opened and I haven’t even taken a bite. fact that it was almost $15 dollars for this incredibly small portion is so disappointing. Prices don’t drop but the quality and amount of food they give has? Not fair at all. I won’t be going back.

The restaurant was clean, the girl at the counter where we placed our order was the only friendly person in the restaurant. The manager was rude and unfriendly.
