My go-to for working lunch at least 1x week!!! Always fresh delicious food with a brand-quality that fits the pricing …..except for their super yummy soups that I think it hard to pay $7 for a cup!!! Store manager joins his staff and efficiently works all stations alongside them from time to time. Values his customs just as well, ensuring that take-out portions are just the same as what is served when dining in. This restaurant is always clean, floors, surfaces wiped often and meticulously. Bathroom can do with a bit of updating but it’s always clean and stocked. So many delicious and very healthy choices. I LOVE their summer salads. My most often bought meal is in the attached photo: the pick-2, chicken chipotle avocado sandwich with Greek salad and a complimentary apple at the side. I double the chicken for extra protein!! Great place to work on-the-go because it’s well lit, lively but not noisy. I’ve had 4 very successful business partnering meet-ups here over the past 3 years!

Patricia answered the phone for me. There was an issue with DoorDash, totally not Panera’s fault but my food had been sitting not picked up for an hour. We finally got someone to deliver it with Patricia’s help but before they did I was given a partial refund for the trouble. Then the order came & they had remade the food so it would still be hot & they also added some treats for my kids. I was so pleasantly surprised at the kindness so I tried to call back but by this time they were closed. Thank you so much to Patricia & Panera, that was so kind of you.

We visited Panera in Fishkill around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. The place was basically empty, with a few customers. After placing our order for a simple bagel, coffee, and hot chocolate it came to $20! We were told to go in the back to pick up our order. We waited almost half an hour in the back. Again, the place was as far from busy as possible. We saw a bagel sitting on the counter but didn’t know who’s it was. Finally they saw us waiting there for so long, that one of the workers asked if we were waiting for a bagel. And I said yes I have been. She tried to give me the bagel that had been sitting there all that time. I said I think it’s not warm anymore. One of the workers put her hands on each of the bagel halves and promptly told me no it’s warm and handed it to me. It was cold and dry and I asked to please heat it back up again. I also told them I ordered a bagel with butter on it. They put it in for a few seconds gave it back to me with butter packets and I took it to the table. The butter wouldn’t even melt it was still cold and chewy from sitting out for so long. We finally had to ask where my husband’s hot chocolate was and they said oh I’m sorry! I’ll make that for you now.

And on the coldest month in years, the fireplace was not on. Although we’ve always enjoyed frequenting Panera, We will never be returning to this Panera.

The employees were great. They all were working hard and kind. Its literally 5° degrees outside, and your fireplace isn’t on?? Everyone inside was wearing their winter coats. Hey, owner: Don’t be such a cheapskate! Turn the heat up and the fireplace on! Ill never go back there because my family deserves better than that. Unbelievable. I understand ppl want to make money… but you’ll never be successful treating your patrons this way. Also, the booths were broken.

I had a great experience at the fast food place thanks to the sweet young lady alana who served me. She was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was just right. Her positive attitude really brightened my day and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always nice to see such kindness and good service in fast food!

Do not order the steak n wake! Maybe it normally looks better but the cook dropped on the counter before handing it to me.
I did end up switching it with a bacon egg and cheese without getting charged so that was nice. A bit skimpy on the bacon but it’s edible

A good and reliably friendly Panera. Always clean, internet available, no-one is rushing you out. Has a gas fireplace. Only thing i find they are out of most of the bakery and pastry items by 5pm. I but bagels and fresh bread there and they seldom have it after work so have to go to Peekskill location or go very early in the morning. Portions seem smaller than they use to be at all paneras but this store is ok on portions.

I love the food , but there’s no problem solving when it comes to issues within the store itself. 12/26/25 @ Panera an older man taking pictures of women and I inside the store and I , confronting one of the employees about it. I’m not sure if the problem was resolved by the time I left the restaurant. I’m not comfortable or do I think anyone would be comfortable with older men taking pictures of me when I’m doing my best to enjoy a meal with my family a day after Christmas…

An error in the app caused our order to get sent somewhere six hours away and I was ready to cry (road trip with three hungry young children) but the manager very kindly walked me through the steps to refund the incorrect order and re-place the order at the right store. Delicious, well-made food. Thankful for the kindness.
