Trash. We used kiosk to put in our order, but there were no large drink cups anywhere. I stood at the register for at least 10 min within clear view of several employees, one of whom I believe was a manager, and not one person stopped to help me or even acknowledge me. My son finally found a large cup but there were no kids at all. No napkins in the dispenser. 2 of the drink dispensers were completely empty and 2 more were nearly empty. No plastic utensils to be found. Trash all around the floor.

I shouldnt have the need to write this review. We love Panera food. However, they messed our order this time. We are vegetarian but were served with Chicken soup I guess. The store manager was very casual about this. I hope they dont repeat the same with others. Food constraints are important to people from various backgrounds

Ordered take out and was horribly disappointed with my sandwich !!! I Ordered the chicken and avocado melt. When I got home I found that my sandwich had barely any chicken on it and absolutely no Avocado at all!! This is in fact the 4th time we Ordered from this location and it is always a total waste of our money!!! Then when we call to speak to the manager, all he can say is sorry, you can come to the store and get a new sandwich. Really?! We just got back from your place. When i asked him to have a new one delivered to me, he said that none of his employees drive!!! How can this be when they offer delivery!!!! In the past when we have picked up our order or actually eaten inside, there is always something wrong!!! This store needs to educate their staff on how to produce quality products and how to deal with unsatisfied customers!!! I never have these problems with other locations just this one! So needless to say we will not be ordering from this location ever again!!!!

I placed a mobile order. Unfortunately the bags were miss labeled so my order was wrong. When I informed the cashier, she was very understanding, empathetic and quickly fixed my order. I truly appreciated her going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I order from here every once in a while and never have any issues. I was very satisfied with their customer service.

Best environment for studying. Wi-Fi is solid. Got about 8,000+ words of my thesis and portions of my defense presentation written while sitting at the tables. Food is awesome, place is clean and cool, staff is friendly, but most importantly, no one bothers you when you’re in the zone. It’s like a study room you can eat meals at. If you ever have to grind out a few hours of hard work, this is the place. Put on some headphones, listen to brown noise and crank out the work. Sip Club is nice to have as well.

First time ever in a Panera bread. I will never go back. The coffees were full of ground coffee and two of em were simply water. Seems like they diluted so much the coffee. Just don’t give unlimited coffee and make it good if you think it’s too expensive.

While the food over all was pretty good, the service was interesting. The lady who took our order was nice however my boyfriend’s chicken in his chicken sandwich was undercooked and when he brought it to the employees attention he was told to use the microwave that was hidden under the coffee station. Likely won’t be back because who tells someone to microwave their cold food they just got.

ordered a sandwich(chipotle avocado melt), then the sandwich came with nothing on it that was suppose to be on it. even ordered a passion smoothie and it wasn’t even blended. probably because they are all teenagers! and i even saw one on their phone while making my food!

Staff are not very nice. And they have given me half a cup of mac n cheese broccoli saying that they are pre portioned. I do not believe that. Try the east greenbush one. Staff food and service are phenomenal.
